1.

Quantity: Quantity is the amount or number of a material or

immaterial solid or liquid objects that is not usually estimated by
spatial measurement. Quantity of an object is often measured with
selected units like: Kilogram, Gram, and many more for respective
object.

2. Physical Quantities: A physical quantity is a quantity that can be

measured and also a physical property that can be quantified.
Examples of physical quantities are mass, amount of substance,
length, time, temperature, electric current, light intensity, force,
velocity, density, and many more.

3. Base Quantities: A base quantity is defined based on the derived

unit that is the exponent, product or quotient of that base units.

Units of base quantities: The other name of base quantities are the
SI units. Their physical base quantities are: the Meter for measurement
of length, the kilogram for mass, the second for time, the ampere for
electric current, the kelvin for temperature, and the mole for amount of
substance mainly used in chemistry to measure the volume and mass of
different types of object in a Chemistry labotorary.
