Let them see again the page 45 in the book.

What is a Storm? A strong is a strong wind with rain or snow. Warm, light air goes up quickly. It mixes
with high, cold hair.

Discuss briefly the Kind of Storms.

Tornado, Thunderstorm, hurricane, dust storm

Let them see different photographs with important details.

Let them share in class different experiences about the storm

Act Out the story with a partner. Decide who will play Tim and who will play Pop. Use words and actions

Third Day:

The teacher will give the students a paper and write your own experience when you saw a storm? Share
how do you feel about it and how did the weather change?

Connect to social studies: How can neighbors help each other in a storm? Draw a picture.
Fourth Day: Grammar

Nouns Some words name places. Some words name things. Words that name places and things are
called nouns.

Nouns for Places

Book, bed, chair, door, rug, frame

Let the students give their own examples. And use it in a sentence.

Show different pictures and name the nouns you see. Then write a noun from the box to name each
pictures.

Fifth Day:

Teacher will let the students to draw an interesting drawing and write a simple captions explain the
pictures. Make sure that you use nouns to name places or things. Color and decorate it. Share it in class
