Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. As

community, in the workplace, and throughout the world.
Interact is a service organization sponsored by Rotary clubs for youth ages 14-18. It has
more than 10,900 clubs in 121 countries. The CB East Interact Club is sponsored by
Doylestown Rotary Club. Each year, the CB East Interact Club organizes community
service activities, serving local, regional & international people in need. Through these

Americans for Native Americans speakers: Brian & Mary Lee Reiff,
bereiff@aol.com. ANA@BucksCoANA.org. Items sent to Wingate Elementary
School in Fort Wingate, NM. It is close to Gallup, NM, in the north western part
of New Mexico.
FedEx is our preference for large boxes - regular ground shipping. FedEx address
for them:
If you want to use the USPS, then the address is PO Box 1, instead of State
Highway 400.
Wingate Elementary is a boarding school for about 600 students, because most
live so far away (several hours). They stay overnight from Monday to Friday, and
then go home for the weekend. They just received a new school a few years ago.
They use to live in barracks, which were built during the nike site era. Almost all
students are in the "free lunch" program, so they are under federal income
guidelines.

Rotary Day at the United Nations will be on Saturday, 6 November 2010, 8:00am
Registration, 9:30am - 4:00pm. ORGANIZE THIS EARLY IN SEPTEMBER.
Rotary and the United Nations have a long history of working together and sharing
similar visions for a more peaceful world. Rotary currently holds the highest
consultative status offered to a nongovernmental organization by the UN’s Economic and
Social Council, which oversees many specialized UN agencies. Rotary maintains and
furthers its relationship with a number of UN bodies, programs, commissions, and
agencies through its representative network . This network consists of RI representatives
to the United Nations and other organizations.

Each year at Rotary UN Day, more than 1300 Rotarians including many Rotary
International Directors, Foundation Trustees, past Senior Leaders, and guests come
together at UN Headquarters in New York. The program is designed to inspire and
educate all participants as well as provide insight into the relationship between Rotary
and the United Nations. In the past, the day has been very successful and has sold out.
The day will begin at 9:30am and conclude by 4:00pm. Lunch will be in the UN
Cafeteria, overlooking the East River at 1:00pm.
Rotary Day at the United Nations includes a special program for youth. Youth will
have the opportunity to hear about a model UN program, the Shelter Box project,
some projects that Interact Clubs are working on, and an overview of the UN and
much more. Youth program is morning only. Youth are invited to attend the adult
sessions in the afternoon to learn about humanitarian projects worldwide sponsored
by Rotary.
