LESSON PLAN IN SCIENCE 1

I. Learning Objectives

At the end of the lesson, 100% of the students will be able to master at least 95% of the lesson
and will be able to:

a. identify the different kinds of taste


b. appreciate the use of tongue in tasting
c. demonstrate the facial expression with the given food or substance.

A. Exploration (Activity)
The teacher will present a video about the topic.

B. Firming Up (Analysis)
The teacher will ask questions about the video they've seen:
1. What have you seen from the video?
2. What do we use in tasting foods?
3. What are the kinds of taste?
4. What are your favorite foods?

C. Deepening (Abstraction)
The teacher will discuss the different kinds of taste.
The teacher will ask the students about the importance of using tongue for tasting.

D. Transferring (Application)
The teacher will ask for a volunteer to guess the food they are about to taste.
