Professional Experience
Responsible for managing high volumes of candidates for all hourly and salary non-management
positions on property. Screening of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job
skills and salary requirements. Planning and managing interview schedules, registration,
interview spaces and audiovisual needs for panel sessions. Advising internal candidates on
professional development opportunities through the companies skillport software. Delivering
campus recruiting services to business unit staffing within Sales, Marketing, Finance,
