COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Agreement executed this 29th day of September, 2017 at ________________, by and
between:

X, Filipino, 41 years old with address at XXXX (wife of complainant Y and his representative);

Z, Filipino, 62 years old, with address at XXX (brother in law of A and his representative);

That Z promise to pay the hospital bill of the complainant Y in the amount of Php 6, 315.
80 and any interest the hospital may add.

That private complainants shall desist and exonerate accused from any liability in the
Criminal Case No. XXXX pending before XXXX upon payment of the said amount.

The foregoing covenants are not contrary to law, morals, or public policy and
the parties bind themselves to comply strictly with their undertakings.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the date and place
above written.
