1. SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The Triage Census Advanced Test Management (ATM ) System is
designed to automate and streamline testing with the Triage family of
products, while providing extensive tools for monitoring and control-
ling the quality of the testing process. It has a flexible interfacing
module that can be used to communicate with external systems.

1.1 Analyze Data

The Analyze Data module provides a repository for both patient and
QC test data uploaded from Triage Meters. It has extensive built-in
data mining capabilities including searches for test result information
by test date, test location, lot number, user, patient and many other
parameters. The QC status for each test is readily available, and
individual patient test result information can be corrected if necessary.
Information can easily be added to each test result if desired.

There are two basic methods of completing the LIS Upload. Your
system is configured for the method your organization selected. The

13.5.3 Terminal Emulation Mode

In this mode, the Triage Census Connect software emulates a LIS User
entering patient test information. The LIS Interface software logs on
to the LIS, and then runs a script emulating a data entry session. The
script obtains the required information for data entry from two places:
