3.0 Onboarding
Complete the Exogen fitting youtube video module in Biolearn (to train rep on how to
do a fitting when need arises)
Begin calling on accounts to meet and greet, distribute business cards
Continue to call on accounts, refer to DOS or assigned team mentor for support on
selling process and when orders are received
Month 3: Field Ride with Area Sales trainer, new hire assessment completed by Area
Field Trainer
At least one 2 day ride along with DOS each period
1:1 with assigned rep mentor
