ACHIEVEMENT
For the fifth consecutive year since 2008, the Company achieved zero accident which
resulted in zero loss time.
In the bottled water business, the Company successfully maintained ISO 22000 certification
for Food Safety Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for Occupational
Health and Safety Management System.
In the cosmetic business, the Company successfully maintained ISO 9001:2008 certification
as a standard for product quality management.

In 2010 PT Akasha Wira International Tbk expanded the business scope to the cosmetics
business by acquiring cosmetic production machineries from PT Damai Sejahtera Mulia, a
company engaging in the production of hair care products. In the last quarter of 2012, the
Company signed an agreement with Procter & Gamble to import, distribute and sell Procter
& Gamble products in the premium professional segment (the products distributed through
hairstylists) under the brands of Wella Professional, System Professional and Clairol
Professional.
The entrance of the Company to imports, distribution and sale of premium hair care products
is expected to increase the overall performance of the Company in the future in the middle of
tight business competition for the cosmetic products in Indonesia nowadays.
Head Office
PT Akasha Wira International Tbk produce and distribute Nestl Pure Life in Indonesia
under the license and supervision from Nestl Water SA. In October 2011, as an answer to
consumers needs, Akasha International started to produce mineral drinking water using its
own trademarks, Vica Royal
Vica Royal is a brand of mineral drinking water produced by PT Akasha Wira International Tbk. Vica
Royal was commercially produced in October 2011, in a form of gallon (19l). To serve consumer
needs, a new packtype of 240ml cup was launch in May 2013.
Vica Royal comes from a natural water source located at the center of a reserved forest. The
reserved forest protects the water source from being polluted by dangerous environment and
any other contaminations. The water source itself are being treated wisely and periodically
checked and tested by experts, to ensure that its quality and availability sustained and
reserved for future generation.

Nestl Pure Life is the worlds most popular mineral drinking water. Served in more than
40 countries around the globe, under the license and supervision from Nestl Water SA, PT
Akasha Wira International Tbk started to produce and distribute Nestl Pure Life for
Indonesian market in 2005 in order to meet the needs for a safe and healthy mineral drinking
water with a great taste
As a company with vision to always provide the best consumers solutions to the worlds
mass, PT Akasha Wira International, Tbk welcomed the year 2017 by holding an internal
event dedicated to improving the quality of its employees. This event prepared all employees
from both Beverage and Beauty Care business units in order to be ready to engage in the
business battlefield over the period of 2017 2020.
Riding on the concept Faster, Cheaper, Greater, PT Akasha Wira International, Tbk
aimed to build a strong bond between its employees and also inculcate a good spirit
throughout the company. The event was filled with joy and fiery passion from all the
participants who got to enjoy the beauty of Camp Hulu Cai in Tapos, Bogor where the event
was held from January 10th to 13th, 2017.
Based on the purposes and activities, the event was divided into 3 parts.
Employee Gathering 2017
In the Leadership Camp 2017, which was held right after the Employee Gathering was
completed, the participants were once again divided into different groups and had to work
together as a team until the end of January 11th,2017. In addition to the sense of team work
that had been introduced to during the first part, some other good conducts were also
embedded such as good quality of work and discipline, enriched with an introduction to the
concept of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey to create individuals
who are able to implement effective planning on both work and life.
National Sales Conference 2017
The companys first National Sales Conference in 2017 became the last part that concluded
the whole event. Running for two days, the conference was packed with business plan
presentations and discussions across divisions. The participants also engaged in training,
socialization, and workshops which revolved around target planning to increase market share.
At the end of the conference, the 4 days and 3 nights event was finally closed by Hanjaya
Limanto, Ari Wisnubroto, and Wihadjo Hadiseputro from the Board of Directors of PT
Akasha Wira International, Tbk, with hope that the event could light up the fire in the heart of
the employees and also the company, resulting in increased work performance in both
Beverages and Beauty Care business units. It is also the hope of every element of the
company that such spirit will lead to big contribution for the sake of companys greater
business performance, especially during the period of 2017-2020.
