Brexit statistics

Over 33,551,983 of the 66,181,585 in the UK had voted in the 2016 EU

referendum.
51.9% had voted to leave. Whilst the other 48.1% voted to remain.
South bucks had decided to leave with 20,647 votes. The majority of
South Oxfordshire had 55% to remain.
According to Louise Ridley on The Huffington Post UK, a YouGov poll
that shows HOW AGES VOTED:
18-24: 75% Remain
25-49: 56% Remain
50-64: 44% Remain
65+: 39% Remain
This show the clear preference of wanting to remain in the 18-
49 age bracket. If considered, the 50-65+ are unfair to the idea of
voting for younger generations future rather than their shortly
remaining ones.
The average life expectancy of someone who voted Brexit is far
lower than a Remain voter.

This tweet was found:

70% of youngsters voted to remain. Hope their parents remember
that when they are dribbling in their retirement home.
Henry Pryor (@HenryPryor) June 24, 2016.
Matthew Goodwin and Oliver Heath had found that the poorest
households with less than 20,000 a year were
more likely to support leaving the EU than the wealthiest households.
Due to unemployment, low-skilled/manual occupation or no
qualifications.

A selected few groups of Britain who feel left behind by rapid

economic change and feel cut adrift from the mainstream were
most likely to support Brexit.
The increase in the value of the pound rose 0.65 against the euro.
Causing a long term decline in its value. However, the pound was
decreased against the US dollar at $1.2442.
