Our experience is that WINGS is most stable.


However, restrictions exist for all insurance providers
according to the different markets and environments.
The insurance provider defines which Office IDs are
allowed to access their set of products and in which
environment.
For example a provider (like Welcome Assist, or Assist
Card), can choose to allow access for a given Office ID for
a given market in Production and not in Amadeus Training
(SKL) - and vice versa.

When a user accesses SKL in another way (i.e. not using
the URL), the smart tabs are available only with Selling

Users, Signs and Passwords


Signs
1 Our LSA is not familiar with the SKL is a copy of Production system and all functions,

and disappear at next restore of Production data unless
you open a Work Order and ask for the sign to be made
permanent (i.e. recreated after each restore of Production
data).
Remember that the sign can be recreated in SKL by the
Local Security Administrator of the office or by the Help
Desk straightaway, exactly as in Production.
