Letter of Intent to Join as a Member

Dear Ms. Revilla:

Good day!

First and foremost, I would like to introduce myself. I am Pia C. Sotto, a third year student of Ateneo
de Zamboanga University taking up Bachelor of Science in Legal Management. I am writing this
letter in behalf of the members of Ateneo Legal Management or ALEGMA.

ALEGMA is the organization formed by the Legal Management students of Ateneo de Zamboanga
University. We would like to join the Alliance of Legal Management Associations of the Philippines,
Inc. for three reasons. First, we would like to be a member of ALMAP because we want to promote
ALEGMA to other schools. ALEGMA has only been formally formed just two months ago and we
want other students taking up Legal Management in other schools to know how Legal Management
is in Ateneo de Zamboanga University. Second, we believe that ALMAP will help us in enhancing our
skills, especially in terms of leadership and teamwork. We are also hoping that the learnings we will
gain from the activities will benefit not only our organization but also the individual members of
ALEGMA who will be given the chance to participate in the activities held by ALMAP. And thirdly,
we would want to be a part of ALMAP because we want to build new relationships and camaraderie
with the different students in the Philippines who are also taking up Bachelor of Science in Legal
Management. We would like to be given the opportunity to build alliance with the help of Alliance of
Legal Management Association of the Philippines, Inc.

ALEGMA would be greatly honoured if ALMAP will approve of our intentions in becoming a part of
