NURSE (Smart Reminder for Tubercolosis Nursing Care) as an Enhanced
Strategy to Improve Medication Adherence in Tuberculosis Patients" is well .

Upon completion of the task of this journal study I would like to thank
the parties who help and provide guidance to me, for that I say terikasih.
I hope that this journal editor can be useful to the readers. But I realize that in this
writing many shortcomings, for that I expect suggestions and constructive
criticism for the perfection of this task.

CHAPTER I

INTRODUCING

1.1 Background

Sport is accepted as an activity to maintain a healthy life by people.

Exercises and sports make physiological and psychological adaptations to
maintain efficient and healthy life and to increase the life quality of families and
especially of children. Different training methods, which are applied to develop
those adaptations, show the importance of training science.

4
Especially applying aerobic trainings regularly has a positive effects on
blood, heartbeat volume and hemoglobin values. The increase of heartbeat volume
has effects on decreasing pulse, transportation of O2 to the muscles while
applying maximal exercises, and using O2 by cells to produce energy. The
increase of lung volume and capacities increases the movement of O2 from lungs
to blood (Gnay et al., 2001; Hartung et al., 1995).

1.2 Problem Formulation

How to study journal Effects of Volleyball training on Some parameters of
respiration and blood circulation?
1.3 Objectives
To review the journal Effects of Volleyball training on Several parameters of
respiration and blood circulation Test subjects Women 11-14 Years
1.4 Benefits
This journal in the study is useful to increase knowledge insight, especially
in the field of respiratory circulation

CHAPTER 2
TELAAH JURNAL

2.1 Research Problems

Health circulation of respiration in women aged 11-14 years
2.2 Purpose
The purpose of the researcher is to know the impact of the training done on
the test subjects in the respiratory circulation system
2.3 Research methods
1. Sampling
Samples taken were female students in elementary school in karabaglar
area of izmir city, voluntarily included in this research.
2.The research design and the research instrument

5
The research experiment group consisted of 42 female students who
participated in regular volleyball training at least 90 minutes per 3 days in 2
years and control group of 36 students who did not play sports.
Implementation of this research lung function value taken by spirometer
bermerk mikrolab ML3300.Per measurement of spiro meter done with subject's
nose in grasp with pritchet, after got deep inspiration, value in digital screen at
record. All measurement answered for 3 times and best value in note.
I think the method this researchers do is good and accurate but the
researchers did not disclose what designs are in use and what methods are in use
so it makes it difficult for readers who still lay to know the type of design and
methods tersebut.Dan no effort to prevent confusion in because the sample taken
voluntarily and researchers did not mention the number of population from the
sample.

2.5 Overall quality

The advantages of this journal on the basis of the results are treated in the
researchers are quite easy to understand and can be applied in the life of children
11-14 years and it is very useful for the circulation of respiration and blood
circulation.

This journal has the limitations of the researchers did not state the number
of existing, the researchers also did not declare what design in use to enliven the
layman will discuss to find what design is in use.

The researcher summarized the translation of this book for current

research and shows how this research carried out previous research which was
proved by the quote from the search results at the end of the results discussion.

8
This research can contribute in the field of child nursing, to improve the
quality of respiratory and circulatory systems in children aged 11-14 years with
sports volleyball

Suggestions for the researchers are expected to be more detailed and

accurate in describing this research, because in this study did not include the
population number as well as the time of sampling and time comparison of the
experimental group with the control group
