Respected Sir,

I have earlier vide letter dtd. 25/06/2009 applied for sanction of Bauxite
Mining to be carried out at Bandhtiware, Sr. No.9 to 12,15,17 to
22,30to39,46,47,52,122.130,Area41-501(Hect.)Tal.Dapoli,Dist.Ratnagiri
I have already grant permission for Bauxite Mining at. Village
Borlipanchatan & karle, Tal.Shriwardhan,Dist.Raigad wide govt of Maharashtras
Industries, Energy & Labour Deppt.s order No.MMN-1008/C.R.2485/IND-9.

For the Bauxite Mining project I have already approached the Revdanda
Urban Co-op.Bank Ltd., Alibag Branch and the bank already finance my above
mentaion sanctaion project The mining activities will be carried out as follows –

MINING

The Mining will be carried out by opencast method by deploying heavy

earthmoving machinery. Ripper Dozer shall be used to remove hard top literate
capping and ripper/dozed material shall be loaded into small trucks with
hydraulic-excavator/wheel loaders and dumped on the wise dumps located
outside mineralized area. The height and width of the benches shall be kept 6
meters and overall pit slope shall be maintained at 30 from horizontal. On
exhausting the ore body, excavated area shall be backfilled in scientific way and
reclaimed area will be brought under forestation with local species and fruit
bearing plants.

Sub-grade are generated during course of mining will be stacked
separately and will be utilized for blending and/or for other indigenous use.
Top soil which available in patches in the applied are will be handled
separately collected and preserved for covering inactive dumps and reclaimed
area before plantation.
Overburden/waste dumps will be suitably terraced with proper slope
angel. Pitching of dumps shall be carried out whenever required to control the
erosion due to rain water. Literate stone walls of 2 mtrs / 2 mtrs shall be
constructed all around the dumps to control wash-off the dumps during monsoon.
Dust suppression shall be done by spraying water on haul-roads working
place, stack yards, waste dumps to control and maintain airborne dust.
Environmental monitoring shall be carried out on day to day basis
seasonally for parameters of Air, Water Noise, Rainfall, Humidity and
Temperature through an external agency having duly approved laboratory from
Ministry of Environment and Forests. Hydrological Study shall be carried out for
surface/ground water within 10 kilometers radius of proposed mining area if mine
workings intersect the ground water table.
Employment and business opportunities will be provided to the local
people in and around villages and they will be encouraged for their participation
in the mining project and proposed mining based industry by giving them
business opportunities related to the mining and mineral based industry.
Under the social and community development programmed, basis
amenities such as medical and educational facilities will be promoted, Self-helf
groups will be encouraged by consuming/marketing their products and financial
support if any. We also undertake to provide round the clock ambulance along
with qualified doctor for the villages will be one of the first priorities of the project.
I hope, being the first generation entrepreneur I would expect necessary
ascent to the projects at your earliest.
