Pansit Palabok
Pork & Beef Recipes

Sinigang na Baboy,
Palabok Noodles / Sauce
1/2 kilo miki noodles Longganisa, Pork Menudo,

1/2 kilo small crabs Adobo, Crispy Pata,

5 cloves of garlic, minced Beef Morcon Recipe,

1 onion, chopped Kare-Kare, Pork Kilawin,

2 tablespoons of atchuete seeds or oil Beef Stew (Nilaga),

2 tablespoons of patis ( fish sauce) Beef Kaldereta

4 tablespoons of cornstarch, dissolved in water

1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate (MSG) Chicken Recipes

1 1/2 cups of water Fried Chicken,
Palabok Toppings Roasted Chicken,
Tinapa flakes (smoked fish) Chicken Pastel,
Cooked shrimps, shelled Rellenong Manok,
Squid adobo, sliced into rings Chicken Stew (Tinola),
Pork chicharon, grounded Chicken Afritada ,
Spring onions, chopped Chicken Potato Salad,
Hard boiled eggs, shelled, sliced Macaroni Salad
Fried garlic, minced

Fresh calamansi (lemon), sliced

Seafood & Vegetables
Pansit Palabok Cooking Adobong Kangkong,
Chopsuey Recipe, Laing,

Extract fat and meat from clean crabs, set aside.
Rellenong Bangus,
Pound crab and extract juice on 1 1/2 cups of water
Guisado (sauted),
On a pan, saut garlic and onions until golden brown then add crab fat, crab
meat, 1 1/2 cups of crab wash, patis and MSG. Bring to a boil and simmer Bicol Express
for 10 minutes.

Add corn starch and continue to simmer while constantly stirring until thick.

Put miki noodles in a strainer and dip in boiling water for 5 minutes or until

Lay drained noodles on a platter and pour the palabok sauce. Garnish with
