WHEREAS, a complaint for information had been filed on the ______ th

day of ____________ of 20 ____ in the above mentioned Court, charging
the above-mentioned accused with the offense of QUALIFIED THEFT and he
has been admitted to bail in the sum of FORTY SIX THOUSAND (Php 46,
000.00) Pesos, each of the Plaintiff.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MIGUILA CAMANDONG, of legal age, Filipino,

Married, but, separate-in-fact and a resident of Banahaw, Camalian, Jose
Abad Santos, Davao Occidental, as bondsman. I, hereby severally undertake
that I will appear and answer the charge above-mentioned in whatever court
it may be tried, and will at all times hold myself amenable to the order and
processes of the court, and convicted will appear for judgment and render
myself to the execution thereof that I fail to perform any of these conditions
I will pay to the Republic of the Philippines the sum of FORTY SIX
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 46, 000.00) Pesos, for the payment whereof I
encumber and constitute as first lien in favour of the said Republic of the
Philippines upon the estate respectively owned by me and herein after
described to wit:

A certain parcel of land, identified as Lot # 5364-PRT/5367, situated

at Prk. Banahaw, Barrio of Camalian, Municipality of Jose Abad Santos,
Province of Davao Occidental; containing an area of TWO THOUSAND (2,
000) Square meters more or less, bounded on the North by: Lot 02; on the
East by: Lot 02; on the South by: Lot 09 and on the South by Lot: 01.

I, FURTHER declare under oath that the properties above-described

have not heretofore been encumbered, mortgage, or pledged as security for
the provisional released of any accused person and/or performance of any
obligation of any kind (except above-indicated).
 We, HEREBY FURTHER bind our-self by these presents to give the
court at least TEN (10) days notice of any transfer or other disposition to be
made of any properties above described in order that the court may take
such action as may be necessary to protect the interest on the Republic of
the Philippines and for us to avail liability under Article 316 (6) of the
Revised Penal Code.

It is further stipulated that pursuant to section 19, the Article IV of the

Constitution and letter of Instruction No. 40 of the President dated
November 10, 1972, I the undersigned securities, with the express
conformity of the accused, hereby agree that in case said accused jumps
bails or fails to appear for that trial without any justification, despite due
notice to me as surety, his absence will be deemed as express waiver of his
right to be present which will warrant the court to proceed with the case as if
the accused were present.
