Dear Mr. Potante

The Department of Civil Engineering of the Technological Institute of the Philippines has been
regarded as the one of the known engineering schools in the Philippines. To maintain the quality of this
program, the department requires the students to undertake an intensive course as part of its terminal
requirements.

The CE projects 1 course involves a comprehensive design research, proposal and solutions to a design
project of choice by the thesis candidate which will eventually be defended before a Panel of Jurors.

Part of the initial requirements of the said course is for the students to source possible proposed on-
going or existing bridge projects for presentation and approval by the course adviser. In view of this,
may we seek for your assistance in providing plans whether in hard copy or in CAD file. Rest assured
that these architectural and structural plans would be used exclusively for academic purposes only.
