R-21L is a low to medium temperature liquid retarder used to control the thickening time of cement slurries at
temperatures below 240F (115C). R-21L is proportioned into the mix water on location, allowing for the storing
of neat cement on the rig. R-21L is used at concentrations ranging from 2 to 40 gallons per hundred sacks
(GHS) of cement.

Highly soluble in water, making it easy to batch mix into the cement mix water prior to cementing.
