COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, Alyssa B. Long, of legal age, married and a resident of #49 Incel St.,
Kamarin Village, Caloocan City, under oath, declare that:

1.) That I am the aunt of Nathan Long, the deceased, and his legal
guardian. I am a development pediatrician with a specialization for
children with special needs at the Philippine General Hospital. Nathan
Longs parents are both poor farmers living in Bicol and I am in
charge of his care, custody and necessity.

2.) That the deceased was born on February 23, 2003 and was
fourteen years old at the time of his death. He was diagnosed as an
imbecile with a mind capacity/mental development comparable to that
of a 4-year old child. He had a very frail and petite body physique.

3.) That on 20 April 2017, at around 4pm, the deceased asked for my
permission to play with his favorite race car toy beside our house.

4.) A few moments later, a police mobile patrol car stopped in front of
the house and two police officers together with a man dressed as a
civilian alighted from it. The said civilian pointed to the deceased
without saying anything.

5.) Afterwards, the two officers grabbed the deceased and unlawfully
arrested him, telling the latter to come with them to the police station.
The deceased refused and started crying but the policemen punched
him on his stomach and on his face and threatened him that something
bad will happen to him and his family if he does not go with them.

 6.) Seeing the incident, I went to the policemen and asked them what
was going on, but instead of getting a reply, one of the police officers,
SP02 Bruce Rivero pointed his shotgun at me and told me to back off.
Even when I got really scared, I mustered the courage to ask them for
a warrant but the policemen ignored me and proceeded to bring the
decedent inside the police mobile.

7.) Inside the police mobile and before the same started to moving, I
saw the deceased going hysterical and heard him swear several times.
I have also witnessed him scratched and choke the policeman Uson in
the drivers seat using his fingernails and the handcuffs placed on him
respectively while the car started to move away from me. After a few
meters, I saw policeman, SPO2 Bruce Rivero, took out a shotgun and
immediately shot Nathan. The mobile sped off and the next thing I
knew was Nathans death through Ana, Nathans mother.

7.) At around 8:30pm of the same day, I received a phone call from
the Ana Long, mother of Nathan, who melancholically asked me what
happened to her son as she was just called by Caloocan City Police
informing her that Nathan was already dead. Ana demanded that I
immediately pick up the corpse of my nephew, the decedent, in
Amurao Nolasco Funeral Homes.

8.) I am executing this sworn statement for the purpose of charging

SP02 Bruce Rivero of the crime of Murder under Art. 248 of the
Revised Penal Code.
