Terrorism has always been haintung the world in one way or the other.
One time it loomed larged in the conflict of the Protestants with the Catholics. In
another chapter of the history, the Cold War era incited terrorist activities
affecting the whole world. The list consists infinite instances of terrorism e.g. the
Tamil Tigers, the North Ireland terrorism, the Islamic extremists etc. They all had
different condemnable motives. Every time they were tried to be crushed by
force, the reappeared stronger than before. Consequently, the need for bringing
the terrorists to the negotiating table was felt necessary. To simply put, dialogue
has always been used to curb terroism.
