Experience of more than 4 Years in LTE with in-depth knowledge of the major market
equipment vendors as Nokia / Huawei.

Experience more than 1 Year in VoLTE with following competence.

VoLTE signaling events troubleshooting with close co-operation with the EPC and IMS
teams to deliver flawless service to the customers.
VoLTE OSS KPI daily monitoring, reporting, and performance improvement
CSFB and SRVCC testing and performance improvement.
Inter-frequency and Inter-RAT neighbors planning and ANR operation control
VoLTE Golden Class (High Priority VIP service) QoS profile parameters and features
Knowledge of VoLTE Drive Test Optimization and Drive Test KPIs like Speech Path
delay , MoS , Jitter etc,
Understanding of Radio Network System like Counters , Parameters , Features etc
Traffic Balancing between Carriers
Analysis and Optimization of Worst Cells / Cluster based on VoLTE OSS KPI & S-KPI
Understanding of VoLTE Reports from Tools like ERA , GEO Tool etc
Optimization and SON Tools Knowledge of the Vendor ( NOKIA / HUAWEI)

1. LTE Optimization Experience 2 Years Minimum
