Note :
1. The above circulation rate are actual design data without safety margin.
2. Clean cooling towers should have at least 25% higher margin.
3. Barometric cooling towers should have at least 30% higher margin.
4. Design of clean cooling tower for process: inlet temperature is 42C, outlet temperature 32C.
5. Design of barometric cooling tower: inlet temperature 39C, outlet temperature 32C.
6. Incoming pressure for the clean cooling water should be 3 barg at the plant battery limit.
