GLENN WINNINGHAM FEARN or any derivative thereof.

I have Power of Attorney in Fact (attached) and TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT (attached) filed and duly sworn and
signed with the Clerk of the county Pinal of November 2 2004, and any use of my TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT
(without my express written consent) by any FEDERAL CORPORATE OFFICIAL in their Public or Private
Capacity will cause an Action for being filed on that INDIVIDUAL, PERSON, OR CORPORATION for violation of
