Along with the development of science and technology, tire equipment

which was originally done with the traditional, and now done with electric tire

patch that is easy how it works. To get the perfect tire patch results and optimally

conducted research on heat transfer in electric tire and conventional tires With the

variation of heating time between the electric and conventional tire equipment

with the specified time obtained a good and poor patch of each tool is. For poor

electric tire there are variations of time 1, 2, 4, 5 minutes with compressive

strength 46 Psi, 43 Psi, 41 Psi and 30 Psi. For the best, strongest, and integral

patch results in the original tire is a 3-minute fill with 48 Psi compressive

strength, room temperature 29.3 C temperature plate 247905 Joule, and tire

temperature 76,545 Joule. For poor conventional tire patches, there are variations

of time of 1, 2, 3, 5 minutes with a compressive strength of 45 Psi, 40 Psi, 43 Psi

and 40 Psi. For the best, strongest, and integral patch results in the original tire is

a 4-minute fill with 49 Psi compressive strength, room temperature 31.6 C plate

temperature 299880 Joule, and tire temperature 97.92 Joule.
