Insurance
Mars Freights undertakes to insure all shipments based
on the total value estimated by the customer. Should
any damages occur, either partially or fully, on the
insured items, the corresponding value can be claimed
from the insurance company.

Specialized Packing
To assist our customers before transporting their goods,
Mars Freights offers a wide range of packing materials
such as cartons in various sizes, corrugated rolls, air
bubbles, plywood boxes, masking tapes, plastic and
steel warps, buckles and clips. These are available at
special rates to our customers and we also accept
bulk orders.

shipments Booking, the collection of
cargo from the Supplier Ex-works up to
FOB Airport & or Seaports, Customs Export
Documentation,
Legalization of Documents and Dispatching shipping documents
to destination with notification to Consignee of the
shipping details.

Storage
Mars Freights have bulk storage facilities within
Bahrain equipped with personnel & lifting
Equipments, offering the storage facilities

Equipment
Mars Freights makes light work of transporting heavy
equipment with a fleet of heavy-duty trucks, forklifts
and cranes to lift or off-load bulk shipments or containers.
The trucks have a capacity to operate up to 24 tonnes and
can also be used for shipments to the GCC as a quicker and
more economical alternative to sea or air transport.

Less than Container

Load (LCL) Cargo
Mars Freights accepts general cargo or personal effects for
shipments by sea through less Container Cargo
consolidations. Only a part of the container needs
to be booked for greater economy. Cargo can
be sent to almost any part of the world.

Full
Container
Load (FCL) Cargo
Full Container Load service is also offered for
shipment to majority of the ports around the world.
There are also 20 ft, 40 ft and other internationally accepted
sizes of containers that are available for transportation of
frozen food, perishables and consumables.

Mars Freights also handles FCL inbound by releasing the delivery orders
direct to the consignees, as well as LCL export consolidation to Europe, USA
and the Indian sub-continent.

Information Technology
All Mars Freights Clients are provided with real time online
reports, which can be used to Trace and Track the status of
the Shipments by entering the respective B/L Number, AWB
Number and Container Number.

With this the Management can see the Open Job cards of
Sales team and all the other information of each shipment. Smart Solutions
Mars Freights has developed a
custom software called SMART
solution to handle the freight
forwarding business related to Land,
Sea and Air. This Application is a Mini
ERP Solution, which incorporates all
the features of Freight Forwarding
and Logistics.
