    1.Atthespecialeducationeligibilitydeterminationmeetingheldon9/22/17,theTeamdidnotfindKellyeligibleforspecialeducation
    services.

    2.ItwastheconsensusoftheTeam,baseduponevaluationresults,thatKellyisnoteligibleforspecialeducationservicesbecausea
    disabilitywasnotdetermined.TheteamalsodeterminedthatKellyismakingeffectiveprogresswithinthegeneraleducationprogram.

    3.TherewerenooptionsthatwererejectedbytheTeam.

    4.Resultsfromthepsychoeducationalevaluation,parent,student,andteacherinput,teacherobservation,classroomassessments,and
    worksampleswereallusedasabasisforthisproposal.KellyisanEnglishLanguageLearnerandreceivesinstructioninaSheltered
    ImmersionClassroom.Sheisworkingongradelevelstandards,ismakingprogress,andcanaccessthecurriculum.
    Kelly'smotherwasinattendanceattheInitialEvaluationmeetingandatranslatorwasprovided.Sheisinagreementwiththeevaluation
    results.ShewouldlikeacopyoftheevaluationreportinSpanish.
