For Piling PRPC middle of revising the EPCC/EPCM Final Documentation Procedure
PRPC has informed us that the Final Documentation Procedure still under review and yet to be finalize. Table of contain for Piling
has sent to PRPC for review.

Site inspection done on Peck Chew documentation status and compiling system on 8th Sept
Underlined the inspection document requirement with CCM/Peck Chew as per PRPC project
documentation requirement.
Civil inspector already arrived site on 15 Sept

2.4.1 Procurement
1) PO for Flange/ forging and elbow tentatively to be issue on 1st October 2017. CPP
confirmation reply is required.
2) PO for CS/SS pipe tentatively will be issue on October 2017, detail will be confirmed on

2.4.2 Expediting
1) Blind test had performed on 14th September 2017 at MMHE-ATB. PRPC had joined the
testing.
2) CPP received official tax invoice for the 20% claim payment milestone from MMHE-ATB.
3) Engineering meeting on all the engineering document had carried out on 11th September
2017. MOM will be Distribute out on 15th September 2017.
4) MOM Monthly progress meeting No 7 distributed out on 12th September 2017.
5) Site weekly progress meeting had carry out on 13th September 2017.
6) CPP and MMHE-ATB meet on 11th October 2017 to align the method of measurement for
the schedule, CPP commented current weightage proposed by MMHE-ATB is not
reasonable, MMHE-ATB will readjust the weightage and propose after project execution
schedule REV D submit on 20th September 2017.
7) Daily short meeting with MMHE-ATB project engineer to follow up with document and
fabrication status.
8) Fabrication report as of 14thSeptember 2017.

4.1.3 Subcontracting
Complete the technical and commercial evaluation of Civil and Structure Sub-Contractor for
Butadiene and Propylene Tank Foundation Work. (September 21, 2017): Bidders believe that
need to clarify and request to extend the date of submission of proposals. Contractor want to
have a face-to-face communication with bidders on September 18-19, 2017, Make sure that the
award date is unchanged.

Submit the documents of proposed Sub-contractor list for GRE drainage pipeline work, for
OWNERs approval (September 21, 2017): Up to now only one Sub-contractor has not yet been
submitted the company profile, the others had submitted, Contractor has reminded.

Issue the LOA to the Civil and Sub-Contractor for Butadiene and Propylene Tank Foundation
Work. (September 23, 2017): Contractor will submit the TBE to OWNER for review, if approval
by OWNER, Contractor will issue the LOA.

Submit the documents of proposed Sub-contractor list for pre-cast manhole, for OWNERs
approval (September 23, 2017): Up to now only one Sub-contractor has submitted the company
profile, the others has not yet been submitted, Contractor has reminded them.

Issue RFQ for Civil Sub-Contractor for pre-cast manhole for UG FW and AOC (September 25,
2017)

Issue RFQ for GRE drainage pipeline work (September 25, 2017)

Prepare and issue the RFQ for the Civil Work of Electrical Substation and Field Auxiliary Room.

TANKS:

4.4.1 Procurement
1) Follow up for PO for Flange/ forging and elbow.
2) MMHE-ATB will confirm the date on PO for CS/SS pipe next week.

4.4.2 Expediting
1) COP 2 - Separate meeting will be arranged to discuss between PRPC, CPP and
MMHE-ATB. Date from 2nd October 2017 onwards.
2) Official tax invoice for the 20% claim payment milestone to be submit to CPP finance
department next Tuesday.
3) Expedite on fabrication schedule delay and to catch up the delay.
4) Expedite on outstanding document from PRPC and MMHE-ATB.
5) MMHE-ATB to provide inspection document status.

5. AREA OF CONCERNS

Documents should be reviewed and feedback to CPP on time.
Provide the relevant document for reference as the agreement in last high-level meeting.
Civil work, such as FAR and Substation, will be constructed on 1 st Nov. We had start the
work based on experience, there is some risk for future design and construction.
Pleases feedback comments for PTA of refrigerant compressor as soon as possible.

P14 site workshop at the P30A area need to be dismantled and removed.
