On 15 September 2017, I wrote to you regarding the case of Mr Sagar Narayan.
In the second last paragraph, I notified an incorrect date of 6 September 2017,
this was an administrative / typing error (being a date that had already passed).
I have now provided the correct date in this letter (please refer to the second
last paragraph), the rest of the contents of the letter that I had sent you on the
15" remains unchanged.
Decision to proceed with
You have informed Immigration New Zealand (INZ) that you are the legal
guardian for Mr Sagar Narayan.
Mr Sagar Narayan was served with a Deportation Order by Immigration New
Zealand (INZ) on 04 April 2017. Service of the Deportation Order was accepted
by you, father and legal guardian for Sagar. Ms Renuka Devi Singh, the mother
of Sagar was present when INZ served the Deportation Order
On 11 May 2017, I interviewed you regarding the personal circumstances of
Sagar and on 15 May 2017 I interviewed Ms Renuka Devi Singh regarding
Sagar’s personal circumstances, On 31 July 2017, I requested you to provide any
additional information regarding Sagar’s case to INZ by 24 August 2017 that you
want INZ to consider.
I have carefully considered all available information and the personal
circumstances of Sagar as conveyed to me, as well as applicable international
