I- OBJECTIVES:
1. Use critical thinking in answering the questions about the play given by the teacher.
2. Learn new vocabulary words.

4. Have the learners write three (3) possible reasons for the connection between an apple and the world.
5. Tell the group representatives to share their answers in class.
6. Process the learners answer.

Give learners ten minutes to read, The World is an Apple, by Alberto S. Florentino.

1. Allow the learners to plot the similarities at the middle circle and the differences at the two adjacent circles.
2. Instruct learners to write details about the apple and the world as well as their link in the story.
3. Allow learners to share their answers in class.
IV- EVALUATION:
Character perspective chart:
1. Distribute a copy of the Character Perspective Chart for each group.
2. Assign one character per group.
3. Instruct the learners to present their chart in class.
4. Process the answers of the learners.
5. Allow other group members to give comments and feedback after each presentation.

emphasize?
