Based on the both of those 100 gram product which are dragon fruit and quacker instant
oatmeal. The fiber content of dragon fruit is lower than quacker instant oatmeal. While, for the
cholesterol content, both products are showed no cholesterol content. On the other hand, the
fat content of dragon fruit is dominated by polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat that
can be essential fat. However, quacker instant oatmeal showed that there were high
polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat content compared to dragon fruit, but saturated
fat still found in quacker instant oatmeal. Besides that, the dragon fruit has bioactive
compounds instead of quacker instant oatmeal that contains no bioactive compounds. The
bioactive compounds is lycopene which in responsible for the red color (pigments) in the red
flesh dragon fruits. The dragon fruit is also rich in phytoalbumins which are highly valued for
their antioxidant properties.
