District 8 PS&E Design and related Project Development Support

Services during construction
Geographical location SBD and RIV County
On-Call contract
This is a five-year contract with project development related tasks
performed within the first 36 months and design support for
construction related tasks to continue through the remaining
duration of the contract. No project development related tasks will
be assigned after the first 36 months of the contract.
DBE goal 20%
Scope:

Plan, specifications & Estimate (PS&E)
Support to office engineer during project

This conflict of interest is applicable to prime consultant,

subconsultants, any person and subsidiary of the firm
All PS&E Design Support Services provided by the
Consultant and deliverables produced by the Consultant
shall be free of any conflict of interest
The Consultant shall not receive compensation for all
services in which the Consultant is found to have a conflict
of interest
