Course Objectives:
To understand the concept of Legal Literacy;
To deliver legal literacy to economic weaker sections of the society;
To analyze various aspects of legal literacy with regard to particular part of society.
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of basic legal provisions.

Student Learning Outcomes:

Till the end of this course students will be able to:


Aware of the importance of Legal Literacy.
Illustrate the actual use of Legal Literacy.
Provide legal literacy to various sections of Society.

Judicial System in India (Courts, Tribunals etc.)
Module II: Legal Literacy Camp 50%

Working In Legal Literacy Camp In The Following Areas:


Right to Education
Right of Consumers
Right to Information
Right To Literacy

Pedagogy for Course Delivery:


The course will be delivered through class room teaching and other different methods including literacy camps, discussion on case studies,
court orders, judgments etc.
