Welcome!
My name is Ema and I am glad you are here. Because if you are here, it means
you are considering supporting my dream and you yourself are open to a self-
development journey.
Let me share with you a bit about my story. This has been a year of new
beginnings and of wild jumping into fully exploring my passions. I learned that
you can do best to the world by being authentic, speaking your truth, having
faith in your own gifts and sharing them with others.
This has been the year of trusting and empowering my personal mission -
to help people around the world live in harmony with themselves and with
others. I've been doing this my whole life - by getting involved in education,
communicating only for social causes and by becoming a Theta Healing
practitioner.
I think we should trust those things in life that come naturally. For me, Yoga is
one of them. I've been practicing Yoga for three years now. As time passed by,
I found that Yoga practice, combined with Theta Healing was slowly reshaping
my inner world. Slowly, a dream about becoming a Yoga instructor took shape.
Practicing with others came natural, and the feedback I got back gave me a lot
of energy. After traveling to India this year, I decided that it was the place I want
to study Yoga.
WHY YOGA?
It increases resistance, builds vitality and creates mental clarity. It helps raise
our consciousness and it allows us to live a life full of joy and possibility.
It gives freedom to our minds and bodies.

1. Base Chakra Yoga - Yoga as means of becoming aware of our body and
connect with matter in our lives. Learning to unblock abundance in our life.
2. Emotional Chakra Yoga - hip stretching and opening Yoga poses to heal
emotions that our body are blocking and manifesting as disease.
3. Power Chakra Yoga - Yoga for strenghtening our core muscles, improving
balance and finding our inner power.
4. Heart Opening Yoga - Yoga and meditation to expand our lungs capacity
and open our hearts.
5. Throat Chakra Yoga - Yoga for neck pain, as means of finding our inner
voice and giving it power while taking it to the outside.
6. Third Eye Chakra Yoga - Yoga poses to increase visualisation capacities,
gain clarity and improve imagination. Heals vision and relieves headache.
7. Crown Chakra Yoga. Yoga poses using meditation and breathing
techniques to improve your capacity to be inspired. Improves intuition and
relieves headache.
