Annotation:
Knowledge of business cultures, perception of the behaviour of business partners of different nations and the motives of decision making is a very
important factor when developing business internationally, therefore the future specialists of international business must have knowledge in national
features, the communication specifics of the representatives of different cultures. The course unit aims at providing the basics to recognize and be aware
of cultural differences, intercultural communication, the features of formation of international organizations and their activity, to develop abilities to
independently make motivated decisions and apply knowledge when combining cultural differences in the international business or international business
organization.
Aim of a Course Unit:
To know the features of communication when communicating with business partners of different nations and cultures, to perceive and correctly assess
cultural values and behavior motives of other nations, to get acquainted with the specifics of thinking and decision making of the representatives of other
cultures, while using knowledge in the business area.
