The Crown plays an unlawful role in Canadas parliamentary system of government. The Crown
has assumed authority through false pretence an illegal, deliberate misrepresentation of facts,
as to obtain title to money, property or authority. What is the deliberate misrepresentation of
facts that the Crown has used to illegally obtain money, property and authority? The Crown is
not and never has been the Sovereign. The Crown is a foreign private corporation the City
of London Corporation. Incorporated January 1, 1855 by the Catholic Church.

In Canada all executive authority is understood to derive from the Sovereign, who is Canadas
formal head of state. The state is embodied in the Sovereign; therefore every one of Canadas
Members of Parliament is required to swear allegiance to the Queen. The Sovereign and the
Crown are 2 distinctly different entities and the Governor General represents the Crown, not the
Sovereign. Because the Crown and the Sovereign are not one and the same and all executive
authority is understood to derive from the Sovereign no act of the Crown (or of the Governor
General as the Crowns representative) is legal nor can be lawfully carried out or
enforced. Furthermore, the Crown has never been elected by the people of Canada. The people
of Canada have never been informed that the Crown is not the Sovereign (until now) nor have
they consented to being governed by the Crown. No act, bill, treaty, contract, or agreement can
ever be legally carried out or enforced if it is obtained under false pretence the acquisition of
title from a victim by fraud.

The Crown is a criminal organization. Canadian Criminal Code 467.11 (1) Every person who,
for the purpose of enhancing the ability of a criminal organization to facilitate or commit an
indictable offence under this or any other Act of Parliament, knowingly, by act or omission,
participates in or contributes to any activity of the criminal organization is guilty of an indictable
offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years. The Crown is not a
governing body elected or granted authority by our Constitution. The Crown and its agents
(David Johnston, Stephen Harper, David Alward and their Crown Corporations) in Canada
engages in illegal acts or omissions against Canada and its people.

The Crowns crimes include:

influence peddling the illegal practice of using ones influence in government or connections
with persons in authority to obtain favors or preferential treatment for another, usually in return
for payment

bribery an indictable act of giving money, gifts, favors or privileges that alters the behavior of
the recipient our elected officials in both our federal and provincial governments,

subversion all willful acts that are intended to be detrimental to the best interests of the
Canadian government,

sedition overt conduct, such as speech (throne speech) and organization, that is deemed by the
legal authority to tend toward insurrection against the established order includes subversion of
the Canadian Constitution and Parliamentary procedures.

espionage and sabotage threats to the security of Canada including:

(a) espionage or sabotage that is against Canada or is detrimental to the interests of Canada or
activities directed toward or in support of such espionage or sabotage,

(b) foreign influenced activities within or relating to Canada that are detrimental to the interests
of Canada and are clandestine or deceptive or involve a threat to any person,

treason the offense of acting to undermine the Constitutional authority of the Canadian
government or to harm or kill its sovereign. A violation of allegiance to ones sovereign or to
Canada. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

human trafficking and slavery - illegal recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or

obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud or coercion for the
purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude (SIN Slave ID Number), peonage, debt bondage
(income and property tax) or slavery. slavery was officially abolished (outlawed) in Canada in
1833.

obstruction of justice - a criminal offense that involves interference, through words or actions,
with the proper operations of a court or officers of the court. The Crown instructs its appointed
corporate judges and corporate lawyers to obstruct justice by subverting and undermining the
exclusive legislative jurisdiction of the federal government and the established sole jurisdiction
of Parliament over criminal law in Canada. Crown corporation judges and Crown corporation
courts interfere, obstruct and subvert statue Canadian criminal laws and the Canadian Charter of
Rights and Freedoms,
contempt of parliament obstructing the Canadian legislature in the carrying out of its functions,
and the hindering of legislators in the performance of his or her duties,

property tax and income tax evasion the Crown is a foreign privately owned business (a
corporation) that claims to own property throughout Canada and takes in $billions every year
from Canadians in fraudulent financial schemes but pays no taxes. The Crown (City of London
Corporation), a foreign business with property and income revenue in Canada claims it is exempt
even though the Canadian Prime Minister, Premiers, Members of Parliament and MLAs all pay
both income tax and property tax. The Crown is not exempt. It is a tax evader. The Crown can
be indicted for tax evasion as Al Capone was in the U.S. and former MP and B.C. Liberal

title theft the Crown uses stolen or forged identity fabricated legal names (example PAUL
W KINCAID is an illegal Crown forged name for Paul W Kincaid) to illegally transfers title of
privately owned property real estate and vehicles. The Crown then illegally trades the illegally
obtained title to the property or re-mortgage (property tax is an illegally obtained mortgage) it
without the true owners knowledge or consent. Service New Brunswick is a Crown Corporation
(a shell company), set up by the Crown to forge identities and steal the title to privately owned

legal entities that do have a legitimate function (legal mandate) in business operations, shell
companies are also utilized by criminals (the Crown) to facilitate fraudulent activities such as;

value instead of the actual sale price or market value), fictitious service schemes, bankruptcy
fraud, tax evasion, market manipulation and title theft. The Crown Corporations (Shell
Companies) illegally disguise the true owner of money and property.

laundering scheme. Property Tax on mortgage free privately owned property is a Crown
money laundering scheme, fraud, title theft, and extortion. Motor vehicle infraction fines,
parking tickets and victim fees are all Crown money laundering schemes. The money extorted
from Canadians is laundered to the Crown City of London Corporation.

desired response. Extortion is commonly practiced by the Crown. The actual obtainment of
money or property is not required to commit the offense. Making a threat of violence (by the
Crown police forces) to induce involuntary payment of money or property to halt future violence
is sufficient to commit the offense. Exaction refers not only to extortion or the unlawful
demanding and obtaining of something through force, but additionally, in its formal definition,
means the infliction of something such as pain and suffering or making somebody endure
something unpleasant assault, kidnapping (the taking away or transportation of a person against
that persons will, usually to hold the person in false imprisonment), sodomy (illegal body cavity
searches), forcible confinement.

Bottom line the Crown is a private corporation that has and is engaging in unlawful acts
and omissions against Canada, the Canadian Parliament and the Canadian people and has no
legal authority in Canada. No Canadian is subject to the Crowns illegal corporate policies.

In the article above I stated that In Canada all executive authority is understood to

The Queen is not the Soverign. She too assumed authority under false pretense. All legal
privileges of the German nobility, including Elizabeths Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, were
officially abolished in 1919 by the Weimar Republic (1919-1933), and nobility is no
longer conferred or recognised. Former hereditary titles are only allowed as part of the
surname.

King George VI and his daughter Elizabeth have no legal authority, whatsoever, because
his German Duchy, Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, came to an end in November 1918 with the
other German monarchies as part of the unconditional surrender of the German Second
Reich (Armistice) after World War I and the following German Revolution. All German
monarchies were abolished for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the
German monarchs in WWI Vaticans Second Reich.

King George VI and his daughter Elizabeth II are descendants of the abolished (no
longer having legal authority) German House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. He and his
daughter have ruled the UK and Canada, without lawful authority. George V, George

Line of succession rules for the British monarchy only allows descendants of Electress
Sophia of Hanover to inherit the throne. Electress Sophia was a monarch from the
German House of Hanover. The legal privileges of royalty and nobility for the
German House of Hanover were also abolished in 1919.

After all, the most fundamental concept of democracy is the idea that government only
exists to secure the rights of the people and must be based on the consent of the governed.
For government to be legitimate the authority of a government depends on the consent of
the people. Elections gives unequivocal evidence to this fact. The President of the United
States, the Prime Minister of Canada and the UK and all premiers, govenors, senators and
majors only have legitimacy based on the consent (by vote) of the governed the people.

There are three city-states that play a crucial role in the global governmental system
a.k.a. New World Order, Vatican Fourth Reich. The three city-states are Vatican City,
City of London and Washington DC. These 3 city-states unlawfully claim to be
sovereign, corporate entities not subject to the laws of the nations they are a resident of.
The City of London (a square mile within Greater London) claims to be a state within a
state not part of Greater London or England, just as Vatican City falsely claims it is not
part of Rome or Italy. Likewise, Washington DC falsely claims is not part of the United
States. All 3 city-states are corporations business ventures abd all 3 are subject to
the laws of the nation they do business in.

A corporation is a creature of statute. All corporations are subject to criminal law. They
exists because there are laws that allow them to exist. It has only the rights, powers and
privileges granted to it by a government. In Italy, the UK, Canada and the U.S. statutes
allow corporations to be created. Those statutes give to corporations created under them
specific rights, powers and privileges. Generally, a corporation organized under these
statutes exists until it dissolves. Italy, the UK, Canada and the U.S. can dissolve a
corporation under their respective jurisdictions for violations of the laws of Italy, the UK,
Canada and the U.S.

These corporate entities have their own corporate laws and their own identities. They
also have their own flags. Below is the flag of Washington DC.

Note the three stars, representing the trinity of these three city-states, also known as the
Empire of the City. The Canadian flag also represents these three corrupt city-states. The
maple leaf was intentionally incorporated into the design. It hides, in plain, sight 3
crowns, representing the 3 city-states Vatican City (center and top crown), City of
London and Washington DC. The Canadian flag (image below) is very similiar to the
Washington DC flag. Look closely at both flags. The layout may be different but the
symbolic representation is the same. Both the Canadian flag and the Washingtonn DC
flag have 3 icons (a trinty of stars (a star is a distant sun Sun worshiping Catholic
Church Sol Invictus), 3 hidden crowns ) and 2 bars.
Washington DC was established as a city-state in 1871 with the passage of the Act of
1871, which officially established the United States as a corporation (a business
venture) under the rule of Washington, which itself is subservient to the City of London,
which itself is subservient to the Vatican = the Holy See = the all Seeing Eye of
Providence = Santa Sede = Seat of Satan = Synagogue of Satan. Type in Santa Sede in a
Google search and Vatican City comes up.

Corporations (business ventures) are run by presidents, which is why we call the person
perceived to hold the highest seat of power in the land thep resident. The president is
nothing more than a figurehead for the Crowns (Vatican) central bankers and
transnational corporations. Both the City of London and Washington DC are controlled
by the Vatican. The Catholic Church illegally controls the UK (a Protestant state) and the
United States (separation of Church and State) and ultimately call the shots. Washington
DC illegally operates under a system of Roman Law outside of the limitations
established by the US Constitution.

These 3 corporations assets can be seized as punishment for crimes committed against
Italy, the UK, Canada and the United States and the corporations forfeited. Italy, the UK,
Canada and the United States can all sue the Crown (the Vatican) for $trillions in
damages and clear their entire national debts. The elected governments of Italy, the
UK, Canada and the United States can sue the Crown because the Crown is a corporation
that has abused its rights, powers and privileges and is engaging in unlawful acts or
omissions as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

In Canada all corporations can be criminally liable. BILL C-45 In the case of offences of
absolute or strict liability a corporation is subject to penal liability for any unlawful acts
or omissions of the corporation per se or for those of its employees and agents in the
context of their corporate duties.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO
Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal
penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal
organization. The RICO Act allows the leaders of a syndicate (Washington DC, City of
London and Vatican City) to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or
assisted them. RICO allows the United States to indict the president of the city-state
Washington DC, the Lord Mayor of the city-state City of London and the Pope Bishop
of Rome of the city-state Vatican City for crimes against the United States and its people.

By indicting and barring the Crown, Italy, the UK, Canada and the United States will
never see another soverign debt crisis. The corporation called the Crown (the Vatican) is
the criminal organization that created the soverign debt crisis.

All taxes collected would remain in Italy, the UK, Canada and the United States instead
of being laundered to the Crown through its treacherous agents in the United States
(IRS, Federal Reserve) and Canada (all Crown Corporation).

Italy, the UK, the U.S. and Canada can all clear their entire national debts just by taking
legal action against the Crown. What charge can be filed against the Crown to end its
long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a
design to reduce us under absolute Despotism? Tax evasion. It put Al Capone out of
business and in jail. Why tax evasion. The Crown claims to own vast swath of land in
both Canada and the United States. They have never paid any taxes to the Canadian or
U.S. government for those lands or for the revenue they receive from the Canadian and
U.S. people. The Crown is a corporation, not the Queen or the U.S. federal or state
government. They are a commercial entity subject to the laws of Italy, the UK, Canada
and the United States of America.
 Some of you may perceive that the Vatican, the City of London and Washington DC are
not subject to our laws (exempt) but you are wrong to assume that. How many $billions
have the Vatican paid out in litigation settlements to sexually abused children? Pope
Benedict XVI resigned to avoid Vatican indictment and prosecution for crimes comitted
by members of the Vatican conclave. The Vatican Bank has and is being investigated by
the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the U.S. Justice Department for money
laundering, fraud, and other organized criminal acts.

Even with a new antipope (a false claimant of the Holy See in opposition to a pontiff
canonically elected i.e. false prophet), the Vatican has once again been rocked by scandal
as Italian prosecutors press ahead with a money-laundering investigation of three of its
top former officials that threatens the Holy Sees Institute for the Works of Religion
(IOR), or as its commonly known, the Vatican bank. A prosecutor is the chief legal
representative of the prosecution in countries with either the common law adversarial
system, or the civil law inquisitorial system. The prosecution is the legal party
responsible for presenting the case in a criminal trial against an individual accused of
breaking the law.

On August 3, 2013 Britains biggest bank, HSBC gave more than 40 embassies,
consulates and High Commissions and the Vatican 60 days to move its accounts. The
Popes representative office in Britain, the Apostolic Nunciature, has banked with HSBC
for many years but was told to find another bank. The accounts were ordered moved
because of suspicon of money laundering being conducted by HSBC account holders.
HSBC feared being exposed to embassies after it was fined $2billion (1.32billion) by
US authorities last year. HSBC was blamed for alleged money-laundering activities said
to have been conducted through its Latin American operations by some of its account
holders.

None of the 3 city-states and their leaders are above the law. All 3 corporate city-states,
including the Crown (the Vatican), are subject to the laws of the nation in which they
reside and conduct business.

Refined sugar linked to cancer

According to research done by the University College London and by Dr. Robert H. Lustig,
M.D., a Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology at the University of California,
San Francisco (UCSF), cancer is caused by refined sugar consumption. Incomplete refined sugar
metabolism results in the formation of 'toxic metabolite' such as pyruvic acid and abnormal

The Crown is hydro jacking your home

Can't figure out why your electrical bill is so high even though you've replaced all of your
incandescent light bulbs with the toxic cancer causing florescent bulbs, and you've spent
hundreds of dollars on insulation and energy efficient appliances? The weather isn't to blame
because your new insulation is keeping out the cold. The Crown owned hydro electric power
companies are. They are stealing your hard earned money by literally breaking and entering into
your home via the power lines and turning on the electric baseboard heaters you turned down
before you left your home for work or school. The Crown and its Electrical Power Crown
Corporation are using smart technology called Power-line communication (PLC) to
electronically hijack the controls of all of your high energy demanding electrical appliances.
Power-line communication (PLC) technology was developed to use narrow band power-line
communication to control your homes' electrical equipments such as meters, switches, heaters
and domestic appliances. They are using this technology to hijack your home and jack up your
home's hydro demand. More electricity used means more profit for the Crown (Catholic Church
Pope) through his thieving electrical power Crown Corporations. A signal is transmitted via the

the objections of many of our contemporaries." In his opening statement Francis sets the tone for
his entire speech. That the Catholic Church isn't a Christian Church (an Abrahamic, monotheistic

Look closely at what is displayed in the center of the solid gold cross held by exiled Pope

In the scriptures, the Antichrist is revealed as the Beast, who derives his power from Satan. The
beast is Jesus (Jesuits are therefore the Society of the beast) - the ram on the cross (the mark of
the beast) and he derived his powers from Satan. The Catholic Church has deceived you. The

MERS = Obama Virus II

In 2009 Barack Hussein Obama ordered the Fort Detrick Maryland's biological weapon research
facility to release vials of the A-H1N1 virus (can be spread to humans by mosquitoes - vaccine
needle. In 97 percent of cases, humans with the virus suffer flu-like symptoms, but it can be
deadly in about 1 out of 100 cases) to biological weapons expert Marc S. Griswold, the day after
the nationwide Tax Day Tea Party Revolt against his administration.

Griswold and Obama smuggled the A-H1N1 virus into Mexico aboard Air Force One and started
the Swine Flu pandemic of 2009. Obama tried to kill millions of Americans after Americans

held an emergency meeting regarding the outbreak of another influenza virus - MERS. As in

virus reveals that MERS is the lab created H5N1 virus. The WHO is covering up this fact by
renaming the H5N1 virus MERS. Why? MERS was created in a lab as a biological weapon - to
intentionally mass murder millions. MERS was created by the mad scientists and biological
weapon terrorist Ron Fouchier (smirking guy pictured above). Biological weapon terrorist
Fouchier created the H5N1 (MERS) virus, then deliberately mutated it into an aerosol-
transmissible virus that can easily and rapidly be spread through the air and potentially kill
millions.

Why create a virus that could kill millions? NSSM 200 (The UN"s (self-appointed UNO World
government) National Security Study Memorandum 200). Alias Obama (legal name is Barry
Soetoro) was put in office to implement NSSM 200 - depopulate the United States and the
World. Obama tried in 2009 but failed because the World population was educated to the fact
that the Swine Flu vaccine was the real weapon. European countries followed Poland in
banning the US made biological weaponized vaccine. The Polish government was wiped out in
a 2010 plane crash in Russia that killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski and 95 others. The
Polish government stopped the swine flu vaccination entirely, just days before the plane crash at
Smolensk. With an aerosol-transmissible virus a vaccine isn't required to disseminate the lab
created biological weapon and kill millions.

Sandy Hook False Flag

The Sandy Hook shooting was a UNO ordered false flag event. It was staged. The Connecticut
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection - in conjunction with FEMA - was
running a drill at exactly 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, December 14, 2012, in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
This drill was called, "Planning for the Needs of Children in Disasters."

The infiltrated U.S. Government and the UNO were attempting to implement a global Arms
Trade Treaty (ATT- adopted April 2, 2013 but not ratified). The goal of the treaty is disarming
the US people and the World so that their tyrannical New World Order cannot be resisted.

On the morning of December 14, 2012 a mass casualty shooting exercise was being conducted at
the Sandy Hook Elementary School. The local fire department, EMS and police were already on
scene as were "actors" when ATF agents (Operation Fast & Furious) started killing Sandy Hook
children and teachers. The shooting was controlled by the U.S. DOJ - another key player in the
illegal arms shipment to Mexican Drug Cartels - Operation Fast & Furious. Since the shooting
the US government and the United Nations Organization (UNO or One World government) has
been using their heinous slaughter of children and Adam Lanza (21 people) to illegally (shall not
be infringed) take away the US people's 2nd Amendment Right - "the right of the people to keep
and bear arms". It should be noted that Adam Lanza was murdered by the US government the
day before the shooting. Adam Lanza's death certificate states December 13, 2012 not December
14. AFT agent John Capano, an explosives specialist who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, was
ordered assassinated (gunned down December 31, 20012 in Long Island New York, by another
government agent in a staged robbery) by Obama to prevent him from providing material
evidence of the Sandy Hook false flag. Sandy Hook Elementary School is just 100 miles away
from the AFT New York City Field Office.

The Associated Press" - the day before the actual event. You be the judge - scripted false flag or

DHS FEMA forces and Blackwater/Xe/Academi mercenaries in the event that martial law is

EU = Vatican Occupied Europe

The EU was created by the Vatican as the successor to the ill-fated Vatican Nazi Third Reich
(WWII occupied Europe). It was originally named the European Economic Community (EEC).

existed in this form until it was rebranded by the 2009 Treaty of Lisbon, which merged the EUs

The World never needs to fear running on empty. The technology exists today to transform our
World into one where you never have to; stop to refuel, pay for another dirty oil change, pay to
replace another rusted or broken muffler, be forced to submit to and pass an emission test or
helplessly watch your hard earned money combust into CO2 emissions. We dont need a drop of
fuel oil or fresh potable water to run our vehicles. It was proven 80 years ago and it can be
proven again today Together we can build a war free World simply by running on free
Electricty.

Today, in 2013, we have the technology to convert every new and used GM, Ford and Chrysler
gas guzzling vehicle into a zero emission electric vehicle. It is as simple as removing the gas
combustion engine and replacing it with a much cheaper, quieter, and cleaner electric motor. At
the same time we can remove the gas tank, the fuel lines, the exhaust system, the water pump,
radiator, and all emission control devices because an electric motor car doesnt need them. We
didnt need them 81 years ago when Nikola Tesla did this and we dont need them now.
The Egyptian Pyramids were actually built as electrical power generating and wireless
transmitting power plants - not tombs. They were built to receive, store and transmit
electromagnetic energy. The pyramid itself is a very large capacitor - stores electrical energy.
They were made of granite (the dielectric or insulator) and sandstone (the quartz crystal electrical
conductor) with a capstone (the antenna) made of granite, basalt, or any other very hard stone
which was plated with Electrum - alloy of gold and silver, with trace amounts of copper and
other electricity conducting metals. As stated many times before in PRESS Core's articles
electrical current flows to ground or earth - from the positively (+) charged air to the negatively
(-) charged ground. The pyramids were built to harness and store this free and unlimited supply
of electrical energy. Pyramids were built as electrical power plants - to tap into this free and
unlimited supply of electrical energy. They didn't have the technical knowhow (technology) to
build and erect very tall metal framed antenna towers so they built their free energy harnessing
antennas using the technology and materials available during their life time - electrum plated
capstone (antenna receiver/transmitter), sandstone (quartz crystal conductor) and granite
(insulator).

For centuries we thought the Egyptian ancestors were not as advanced as we are now. Evidence,
however reveals just the opposite - that they were far superior than we are now. They had the
technology to move and set 300 ton stones so perfectly close that not even a sheet of paper can
fit between the blocks. We, today, do not have that technical knowhow.

Over 4000 years ago man had the technology to build massive electric power plants - the
pyramids. The sandstone (arenite) blocks used to build the pyramids were composed of crystal
quartz and/or feldspar which are extremely high electrical conductors and the small amount of
metal on the capstone allowed for maximum power generation and transmission. Also, the Giza
Plateau where the pyramids stand was specifically chosen as the construction sites because the
site is full of underground water channels. The pyramids were built above limestone layers that
have spaces between them that are full of flowing (flux) water. These special layers of rock
called aquifers transmit electricity upward as they carry underground water to the surface. The
high volume flow (flux) of the River Nile that passes through these aquifers produces an electric
current. This is known as physio-electricity. The pyramids were built to harness, store
(capacitor), and transmit this electricity wirelessly. In 1901 Nikola Tesla began constructing the
Wardenclyffe Tower (Tesla Tower). He understood ancient technology and set out to reeducate
the World by demonstrating what the Egyptians knew and successfully built over 4000 years
ago. If the Egyptians were to apply an insulating casing around the pyramids and reinstalled a
capstone antenna (plated with an electricity conducting and transmitting metal like silver) their
pyramids would once again harness, store and transmit wirelessly this free and unlimited
electromagnetic energy. Even though they are thousands of years old they are still able to
function today as electrical power generating power plants. Their main structure is fully intact.

To answer the $ million question - What happened to the capstone and the massive shell casing
of the Great Pyramid of Giza? Because the pyramids were massive capacitors, hooking a
polarized capacitor backwards would result in the capacitor exploding - forcing the capstone off
its peak like a volcano does with its dome when it erupts. The capstone is still in the Giza Plateau
but heavily damaged and covered with sand. Detaching,removing or breaching a capacitor's
casing can also cause a capacitor to literally explode, ejecting its contents violently and
shattering the casing off the sides of the pyramid. A catastrophic capacitor failure can result in
pressure buildup and explosion if construction technique does not allow for a discharge of
pressure. They built the capacitor but not the infrastructure to use (discharge) the generated
electrical power and as a result the pyramid failed catastrophically. Warning - the flash capacitor
of a camera or from any electronic circuit stores a lethal amount of electrical charge. Now image
how lethal and destructive a capacitor the size of a pyramid would be when it fails..

Disbarred for fraud

Both Michelle Obama and Barack Obama are barred from practicing law. The Supreme Court of
Illinois stated that Michelle and Obama were declared illegible to practice law. ARDC

PUBLIC DISCIPLINARY RECORD confirms that Barack Obama's Illinois Registration Status
as : "Voluntarily retired and not authorized to practice law". It also states under Malpractice
Insurance: "attorney reported that he/she does not have malpractice coverage." Obama wasn't
able to be insured (bondable) because of prior criminal activity. What isn't stated by ARDC is
Obama plea bargained and avoided "public" prosecution. Obama voluntarily retired in return for
the dismissal of all "criminal" charges and avoid formal disbarment. Disbarment is imposed as a
sanction for conduct indicating that an attorney is not fit to practice law, willfully disregarding
the interests of a client, or engaging in fraud which impedes the administration of justice. Obama
was essentially disbarred for lying on his application.

Obama used and is using an assumed name. Barack Obama isn't his birth and legally registered
name. On the bar application it asks if that person has ever used or been known by another name.
Barack Obama stated "No". However, Barry has used several names...publicly - Barry Dunham,
aka Barry Soetoro (name on application for foreign student financial aid at Occidental College -

Obama claims he "voluntarily" gave up his license. Various State documents revealed he lied (a
fraud) and an internal investigation at the law firm that both he and Michelle worked provided
concrete evidence that he knowingly and willingly lied (committed fraud) on his bar application.
Another lie was his involvement in illegal drug activity. In his book, "Dreams from My Father"
Obama confessed in writing, Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could
afford it. Not smack, though. pp. 9394. Obama confessed to possession and using pot and blow
- the illicit drug cocaine. 21 U.S.C. 844 : US Code Penalties for simple possession states: "It
shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess a controlled substance
unless such substance was obtained directly, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, from a
practitioner,..." Obama knew that his possession and usage of illegal drugs were unlawful - a
felony. In Illinios, simple possession of 15 grams to 100 grams of blow is a felony.

Israels nuclear hypocrisy

of Israels nuclear arsenal" - Mordechai Vanunu, a former Israeli nuclear technician stunned the
world by exposing the inner workings of Israel's long-denied nuclear weapons program. All
secretly being carried out in Dimona - the center of Israel's secret nuclear arms program..

Israel is the only country in the region that has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation
Treaty. Almost 180 countries have done it, including all Arab countries. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon,
Iraq, Jordan all Israeli neighbours have opened their borders to the International Atomic
Energy Agency (IAEA). Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and
ratified it in 1970. Israel refuses to sign the treaty.

The imminent threat fallacy

At the time of the annexation of Palestine in 1948, there were approximately 140,000150,000
Jews living in Iran. Iran has been the historical center of Persian Jewry for over 2,700 years.
Over 85% have since migrated to either Israeli occupied Palestine or the United States, with the
migration accelerating after the 1979 Islamic Revolution, when the population dropped from
100,000 to about 40,000.
An estimated 250,000 Jews of Iranian descent currently live in Israeli occupied Palestine - most
of them in the city of Holon, just outside Tel Aviv. More than 25,000 Jews are living in Iran
presently.

Jews played an important role in the early days of Iraq's independence, but the Iraqi Jewish
community, numbered at around 120,000 in 1948, almost entirely left the country due to
persecution following the the UN annexation of Palestine. The history of the Jews in Iraq is
documented from the time of the Babylonian captivity c. 586 BCE. Iraqi Jews constitute one of
the world's oldest and most historically significant Jewish communities. The Talmud (a central
text of mainstream Judaism, considered second to the Torah) was compiled in Babylonia,
identified with modern Iraq.

So is it US / UN / NATO aggressions against Muslims in Iraq and Iran or their persecution of the
Jews? George W Bush used the word "Crusade" to describe his war against the people he calls
"evildoers." The First "Roman Catholic Crusade" (launched on 27 November 1095 by Pope
Urban II) touched off new persecutions of Jews in which Jews were massacred and exiled from
various European countries. Today it would appear that the US "Wars of Terror" are actually
aimed at the Jews. Look at the war maps and you too can see that the US crusade is marching
"FORWARD" against the Jews - to annihilate the Jewish people.

The greatest deception of modern times - Britain and the US didn't liberate the Jews from
persecution and the Nazi concentration camps at the end of WWII. Britain and the US just
moved the survivors to another Jewish concentration camp they created in 1948 called Israel.

The United States government had already decided before September 11, 2001 to start wars of

that the United States government planned to invade 7 countries that had never attacked them nor

Tribunal defines this offense as:

A war of aggression is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense - for
territorial gain and subjugation. Wars without international legality (e.g. not out of self-defense)
are illegal wars of aggression.

War crimes are serious violations of international humanitarian law. Individuals, including heads
of state, are criminally responsible for the crimes: "murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of
civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps", "the murder or ill-treatment of
prisoners of war", the killing of prisoners, "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages,
and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity".

Complicity in Torture
Tortureand complicity in tortureis a grave breach of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. If
Canadian officials allowed detainees to be transferred to Afghan custody despite an apparent risk
of torture, and chose not to take reasonable steps to protect them, they are as guilty of a war
crime as the torturers themselves. They can be prosecuted in Canada under the Crimes Against
Humanity and War Crimes Act. Or they could be hauled before the International Criminal Court.
Canada has ratified the ICCs statute, giving it jurisdiction over Canadians who commit war
crimes anywhere.

If we disregard our core principles and values, we also lose our moral authority abroad. If we
are complicit in the torture of Afghans in Kandahar, how can we credibly promote human rights
in Tehran or Beijing?

Militia required by law.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the supreme law of the United States,
is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the American people to
keep and bear arms and to form a militia. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the
security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be
infringed." The right "to keep and bear arms" means an individual has the right to own and
carry weapons anywhere and at any time in the United States of America. The "Shall not be
infringed" means the government can never make any laws to infringe this
right. Why? Because a militia, a military force composed of ordinary citizens is necessary to the
security of a free State.
