Garments for exports, I have open the FACTORY and SOURCING
COMPANY as a Partner for all their buying needs from India.

The Experience, Inspiration and support from the company from India,
Tirupur, who deals in Garments business has motivated me to start as a
individual in 1999. During my experience into the sector I have managed to
developed a huge database of suppliers of various products from Garments,
Home Furnishing, Beads, Floorings, Handicrafts etc from sourcing hub's of
these products with in India.

ETHICAL STATEMENT
FTL adopts a rigorous selection process for garment manufacturer ensuring only those
that are totally committed to exceeding our high ethical standard become appointed
suppliers.

We recognize and honor our duty to protect the workforce used in the manufacture of
garment. Each appointed manufacturers must conform to the following terms as a
minimum requirement:

Children must not be employed below the legal minimum age required by the law
of the individual country
Employees are to be paid no less than the legal minimum wage as required by the
law of the individual country
Working hours must not exceed those set out by local legislation and over time
must be voluntary
Maternity leave must be made available to all female employees
Good working conditions must prevail. The provision of adequate wash room
facilities and a canteen are essential
Primary medical care must be provided on site

To ensure continued compliance, are manufacturers are frequently inspected and reported
upon by local independent agents.

FTL is also dedicated to protecting the environment and purposely seeks out a supplier
who takes positive action to minimize both waste and the impact of their manufacturing

We work as their extended arm in India. We accompany our buyers on their buying visits, factory visits
and inspection visits. We help them with and arrange their itinerary and accommodation on their visits.
We also orient the buyers on the dos and don'ts of the business practice in the country, its culture,
customs and tradition to make their visit fruitful and enjoyable.

monitors manufacturing manually and technically, from the yarn weaving fabric stages to finish
product, on site in order to closely track your production to ensure that it adheres to your standards and
schedule and keep you regularly updated with your production. We identify any risk factors in the
production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem.
We hold production meetings with the production staff before launching bulk production to ensure that
all comments given prior to production approval will be implemented in production and that all possible
problems are discussed and corrective measures are implemented during production.

INHOUSE AND ASSOCIATED FACTORIES

To provide our clients with a minimal turnaround time and quality products all ours and our
associate factories are equipped with hi-tech machineries and highly skilled employees. Both Woven and Knit
suppliers are system driven and meet universally accepted compliance standards.

As well as working with a strong network of Woven, Knitwear and Sweaters manufacturers and exporters.

SAMPALE DEVELOPMENT:

FTL arranges development of different types of samples like Prototype, pre-production, Photo,
Size-set, arrangements of approval for samples and patterns, grading to all required size range and size sets and
production markers. Sample development includes variety of cargos, trousers, denims, t-shirts, shirts, shorts, jackets,
formal wear, track suits, boxers, blouses, camisoles, skirts, t-tops, night wear, intimate wear, knit tops, sweaters,
children wear.

SOURCING YARNS, FABRICS AND ACCESSORIES:

We help your company get ahead by sourcing items on your behalf in the local market in
India. We control quality of all fabrics and yarn inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its
timely delivery at manufacturers.
All fabrics are tested for colour fastness, fabric strength, flammability and other parameters set by our customers to
ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics are cotton, twill, denim, polyester, nylon, lycra, viscose, yarn
dyed plaids, stripes, dobbys, jacquards, herring bones, poplin, cambric, voile, georgette yarn dyed, moss crepes,
spandex, poly micro fibers, poly micro mesh, interlocks, knit piques, fleece, rib, jersey knit etc.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:

We maintain international AQL standard requirements from the yarn weaving fabric stages
to finish product. All our highly professional quality control personal will ensure that all production run in accordance
to AQL standard in order to eliminate any dissatisfaction and save you money and time. Please note during production
our QC personnel always stationed at manufacturing sites.

We conduct quality control on all sizes and colours at three stages:

1. At the initial input stage

2. When 5% to 50% of the order has been completed
3. Random check done at the packing stage.

Lab Testing:

Quality is emphasized in all the procedures and we follow many quality standards to ensure
that, the garments we sell are within the requirements of our buyer.

DOCUMENTATION AND SHIPPING COORDINATION:

We at FTL check all shipping documents as per buyer instructions and ensure that dispatch of
documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyers L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with
intimation to buyers and clearing agents.

LEAD TIME
FTL can negotiate lead times necessary to satisfy the customer; however, normal lead
times are 45-60 days from order/sample confirmation. In extraordinary cases we can
manage 25 days.
