 From Sludge to High-quality Fertilizers

The prepared sludge from waste water treatment plants

is mixed with filler materials: peat, horse manure,
cellulose fiber.

Formation cycle, where the temperature of the compost reaches

50 C.

Oxygen is essential for perfect composting. Aeration

every 3 weeks (4-6 times during
of the whole process).

Maturation of compost from 6 to 9 months, dependency

on weather conditions (temperature and humidity).
Compost is selected and examined for the entire ripening time.
 Mature compost can be sold as a soil for
agriculture.
Possibility to improve composting or sieving for
agriculture.

Sand and peat can be added to

mature compost, with the option of
selecting any proportions to the
consumer.

After the whole process cycle is complete

the final product is ready for use.

Geothermal Energy Installation on the Basis of Steel Screw
Turbine
A mobile autonomous block-modular geothermal
power plant based on a steam helical turbine (GEO
VT), which is essentially a new type of steam engine,
is structurally different from bladed turbines and
other solutions. BT is a three-dimensional action
machine.
The progressive nature of the idea of screw turbines
is the invariably directed (rotational) movement of
the working bodies. The absence of parts that
perform reciprocating movements, allows the
implementation of high rotational speeds of the
rotors, which provides a relatively high efficiency and
productivity for small dimensions.
In the steam expansion scheme, steam at the initial
stage fills a small amount of space between the
screw rotors and, under the influence of the
pressure of thermal energy, expands and untwists
the rotors in different directions. With the expansion
spinning the rotors, the steam moves towards the
outlet. Thus, the rotor of the generator, under the
influence of thermal and mechanical energy of
steam on the screw rotors, spins up to 3000 rpm,
generating electricity.
