A 21 DAY PRAYER AND FASTING

TO USHER IN THE NEW SEASON OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND FOR GODS GLORY

TO BEGIN TO ARISE IN OUR NATION
April 18 to May 8,2016

For thus says the Lord: When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will visit you and I
will fulfill to you my promise and bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have
for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a
hope (Jer 29:10-11)

in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel perceived in the books the number of years that
according to the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet, must pass before the end of the
desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years.

Then I turned my face to the Lord God, seeking him by PRAYER and pleas for mercy with
FASTING and sackcloth and ashes (Daniel 9:2-3)

At that time I, Daniel, mourned for three weeks. I ate no choice food; no meat or wine
touched my lips; and I used no lotion at all until the three weeks were over (Daniel 10:2-3)

RATIONALE:

Although the Philippine nation is recognized as the only Christian nation in Asia, it is
undeniable that the Philippine Republic has been established on a foundation of deception,
bloodshed, and wickedness, as during the time the government of our nation was being birthed,
our national leaders were very much involved in masonry and witchcraft. We cannot deny that
they made great sacrifices even to the extent of giving up their lives to attain freedom and

independence for our nation. However, their means of achieving these goals involved oaths,
pledges and practices that are detestable before God (e.g. the Katipunans ritual of initiation
before human skulls and crossbones, blood covenants, use of anting-antings, amulets and
oracions).

From the 1898 Philippine Republic to the Philippine Commonwealth Government and up
to the 1946 independent Philippine Republic, there was much destruction, death, and bloodshed
throughout the land because of revolution and wars. In the Filipino-American War (1899-1905)
alone, the estimated Filipino death toll was 1.4 million.

Today, 2016, seventy years has passed since our independence from foreign rule.
Seventy in the Scriptures speaks of a season of judgment and captivity. The 70 year period of our
nations captivity to wickedness and death has come to an end. The time for God to favor our
nation has come. God will begin to release the full blessings of our Jubilee. The May 2016
National Election is the most crucial event during this period of transition from captivity to
freedom, from desolation to restoration, from death to life. As the May 9, 2016 National
Elections is fast approaching, may we unite as one man before the Lord in fasting and prayer to
intensify our intercessions to usher in the new season of righteousness in our nation. Let us cry
out to God Almighty to intervene and uproot the foundation of wickedness in our government
and dismantle all machineries of cheating and fraud in the electoral system and release the spirit
of righteousness and truth in our nation and cause His glory to begin to arise over the Philippines

OBJECTIVES:

To uproot and demolish spirit of witchcraft entrenched in our government through

masonry.
To pull down spirit of corruption working through manipulation, cheating, deception and
control of election process and results.
To establish a foundation of righteousness in the government and ask God to raise up
righteous and God fearing men and women in the government.
To take hold of Gods promises that he will fill our nation with His Glory

MECHANICS: Prayer and Fasting Chain by Families

A family agrees to Pray and Fast once a week for 3 weeks ( e.g. every
Monday). A family can adopt singles or believers who are away from their
families
Each member of the family decides his/her type of fast:
- 24 hrs. full fast;
- 24 hrs. liquid fast, water and fresh juice only;
- 2 meal fast
- For children 1 meal fast and TV, gadget , social media fast
On the day of their scheduled Fasting the family Praise and Prays ( 2 or 3
members) for at least 30 minutes during their meal time
The Local Church or 24HHP sees to it that there is at least 1 family that Pray
and Fast each day of the week Sunday to Saturday to complete the chain

PRAYER POINTS:

1. An Appeal to God for His mercy and forgiveness

As we repent and confess the sins of witchcraft and idolatry in our family
for the sins of witchcraft, satanic rituals and blood covenants made by founding
fathers of our nation( Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio, Emilio Aguinaldo, and others)
and founding fathers of our province or city
For the bloodshed that has defiled our city or province especially during 1896 to
1945 (Phil Revolution; Fil-Am War; WWII Japanese Occupation) and even at
present through murders and abortions
For the sin of continually rebelling against Gods laws, His Ten Commandments

2. An Appeal to God for our Government:

For God to uproot the foundation of wickedness in the Philippine government
establish through witchcraft, masonry and corruption; for a new foundation for
the government of our nation a righteous foundation;
For God to demolish the machineries of fraud and cheating in our electoral
system
For God to fulfill this 2016 His promise that the Philippines will be a righteous
nation by raising up men and women in the government who fear God and will
align their hearts to Gods purposes for our nation and for Israel

3. An Appeal to God for the Filipino People

For God to demolish the strongholds in the mindset of the Filipino people: victim
mentality; poverty and dole out mentality; trusting in man (e.g. politicians) to
bring changes; ignorance to Gods ways of righteousness and truth
For God to pour a spirit of repentance that will cause the Filipino people to return
to Him with all their hearts and to hope in God and to cry out to Him to bring
about the changes and transformation needed in our government and society

 4. Appeal to God for the Body of Christ:
For God to pour out a greater measure of the spirit of supplication and prayer and
grace to fast especially in the remaining days before the May 9 National Elections
to usher in the new season of righteousness, restoration and resurrection life to
our nation starting this 2016.
And for God to release faith upon His people in order to take hold and act
according to His Word to Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the Glory of
the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and deep
darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you and His glory will be seen
upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light and kings to the brightness of your
rising. (Isa 60:1-3). Christ in you the hope of glory (Col 1:27)

5. Appeal to God to fulfill His promises to our nation

For God to begin to visit mightily our nation, show favor and restore our nation
fully as the 70 years of captivity to wickedness and death is completed this year
2016. For God to begin releasing the fullness of His Jubilee blessings upon our
nation in the second half of our Jubilee decade 2016 to 2020

For God to fulfill His promise that he will fill our nation with His Glory as spoken of
by His prophets so that the Philippines will fulfill her call to the nations:
- . . .that land (Philippines) is going to see the glory of the Lord descend upon
itGod is going to release His glory in the Philippines. Theres no doubt about
that, it is coming. Its not if its now written on a stone, its coming. The glory
of God, the blessings of God are coming to the Philippines. It is coming. . . The
Philippines is going to be a showpiece to many other nations Rev. Neville
