Job Description
Rotary Club of Glenferrie are seeking a volunteer to lead and implement the club's transition from a
number of platforms to the new web based club administration and communications software 'Club
Runner'. The volunteer project leader will coordinate the 'Super-Users' Group, including at least four
club members plus one external skilled volunteer.
Key Tasks:
- Lead the process to define club needs for membership management and communications
- Consolidate and clean up data on 'Streamscape' and 'Ri-Cas'
- Set-up Club Runner, including
- Researching Club Runner software to understand functionality
- Scope out transition process to new system
- Set up membership database
- Set up contacts database
- Set up webpage template
- Set up newsletter templates
- Integrate with Facebook
- Set up Twitter account
- Integrate with Twitter
- Train super users
- Lead process team whose responsibility it will be to
- Transfer data from current apps to Club Runner
- Train club member users on new system

Volunteers must also:
z Undergo a working with children check
z Provide references
z Undergo a police check
z Attend an interview
z Attend an induction course
Preferred times: At the discretion of the volunteer expected to work about 20 hours a month,
flexible hours per week.
