schools curriculum, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all students.

variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.

Ms. Smalley has done a exemplary job in all areas. She has perfected the art of having command and control over the learning
environment. She was able to deliver procedures for small group routines. Her whole group lesson on comparing numbers was exciting
to the students as she used enrollment numbers at neighboring schools to compare. During small group instruction, she provided
rigorous manipulatives to compare and order large numbers. She asked questions and guided students to their understanding of the
learning target. I highly recommend her for a teaching position.
