Resumen
Esta investigacin tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relacin que existe
entre Liderazgo Resonante y la Inteligencia Emocional Liderazgo Resonante e
Inteligencia Emocional en docentes de la Red 05, UGEL 05, San Juan de
Lurigancho- 2017, la muestra censal consider una muestra de 122 docentes, en
los cuales se ha empleado la variable: Liderazgo Resonante e Inteligencia
Emocional.
Abstract
This research had as general objective to determine the relationship that exists
between Resonant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Resonant Leadership
and Emotional Intelligence in teachers of Network 05, UGEL 05, San Juan de
Lurigancho-2017, the census sample considered a sample of 122 teachers, in
which the variable: Resonant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence has been
used.
The method used in the research was the hypothetical deductive, this research
used for its purpose the comparative level non-experimental design, which
collected the information in a specific period, that was developed when applying
the instrument: questionnaire of Resonant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence
in the politomic scale, which provides information about Resonant Leadership and
Emotional Intelligence in its different dimensions, whose results are presented
graphically and textually.
The research concludes that there is significant evidence to affirm that: Resonant
Leadership are significantly related to Emotional Intelligence in teachers of
Network 05, UGEL 05, San Juan de Lurigancho- 2017
