Given here is a list of positions where Reiki is given. The positions should be
followed in a sequential manner. Other positions can be included in case of local
ailments. Each position should be given Reiki for 3 minutes. An Attitude of Gratitude
should be observed by the following method.
Quick Reiki
When there is shortage of time for any reason, you can do a quick Reiki for someone
in the following manner. Let the recipient sit comfortably in chair. Give the six chakra
points, placing the hands in the front and the back of each chakra simultaneously, (e.g.
when doing the heart chakra, place one hand on the front heart chakra, and the other
on the back heart). Next do the knees, and finally the ankles and foot soles.

Do remember, however, that a full body treatment is always best, and as far as
possible, do the maximum Reiki you can.
These are just guidelines, we advise you to use your common sense e.g. if there is
pain in the forearm, while there is no Reiki point there, give the painful part Reiki.
