1. Those who are citizens of the Philippines at the time of the adoption of this Constitution.
3. Those born before January 17, 1973, of Filipino mothers, who elect Philippine citizenship upon reaching the age of majority; and

3. Statement is accompanied with an oath of allegiance to the Constitution and Philippine Government
1. File a petition for intention one year prior to the filing of petition for naturalization
4. The petition, as well as the order of trial should be published 6 months prior to the actual hearing.
6. Then, decision. The decision is not immediately executory. It is supposed to take effect after 2 years, because the so-called waiting period intends to determine whether or not the
petitioner suffers none of the disqualification from the time the petition is made up to the time the judgment is rendered and 2 years after that.
7. After the 2-year waiting period, the judgment will become final and may be executed. This is presumes that there is no appeal taken by the REpublic.
8. THen, the ACR will be cancelled and the Certificate of IDentification as Phil. Citizen will be issued.
2. Pay Fees
Reacquisition of Citizenship - RA 9225 and CA no. 63
Procedure:
2. Make a personal and sworn renunciation of any and all foreign citizenship before any public officer authorized to administer an oath (to those seeking elective public office)
Repatriation - RA 8171
Procedure:
2. Registration of the Cert of Repatriation in the proper civil registry and in the Bureau of Immigration. BOI will cancel the ACR and issue cert of identification as Filipino citizen
