Bearing Case

Here is the specification of bearings:

A. Radial Thrust Bearing

1. The radial thrust bearing both undertakes axial hydraulic thrust, also
withstanding unit movable part weight and not balanced magnetic pull, the
major parts have the bearing base, thrust force tile, the thrust force
revolving ring, the radial direction axle sleeve, oil cover etc. The bearing
has internal self lubrication alloy bearing.
2. Bearing base as support part, concurrently as lubrication lead, equipped
with thrust force axle sleeve, radial direction axle sleeve and oil cooler.
The bearing base formed by casting, can absorb oscillation and leak-proof.
Thrust bearing is supporting by adjustable prop bolt. Withstands the
hydraulic thrust, consist with thrust force revolving ring, thrust force axle
sleeve, prop bolt etc, thrust force axle sleeve divides into 10 pieces, made
by Barium Alloy. Sealing at bearing cap to avoid lubrication oil come out.
3. The radial direction axle sleeve is shaped in half tubular structure. The
axle sleeve divides into 2 parte and both are made by Barium alloy.

B. Radial Bearing
1. Radial bearing approaches collecting ring header end has bearing base,
radial direction axle sleeve, oil ring, oil cover, bearing cap etc. The bearing
is the self lubrication type alloy bearing.
2. Radial bearing base as support part, concurrently as lubrication lead,
equipped with radial direction bearing liner, oil ring, oil covers etc. Bearing
base is formed by alloy casting and tube plate to be composed by the
copper pipe. Sealing applied at bearing cap to avoid lubrication oil
leakage.
3. Radial direction axle sleeve is shaped in half tubular structure. The axle
sleeve divides into 2 and both of them are made by Barium Alloy.
4. The radial thrust bearing and radial bearings thrust force tile, the radial
direction axle sleeve are cooling by internal circulation lubricating oil,
external circulation cooling water exchange heat from lubricating oil, thus

 maintains the lubricating oil the temperature in the permission scope,
guatantees bearings safe operation.
5. Base on this generator has internal recycling lubrication, therefore has the
special impeller or the oil ring promote lubricating oil to the axle sleeve,
after the oil duct assignment to different part of sleeve, this oil duct system
is safety and reliable, may guarantee that the axle sleeve has enough
lubricating oil, has the reliable protection to the axle sleeve, thus has
avoided in the general power plant tile kilning phenomenon. The oil duct
system mainly has main feed compositions.
6. Radial thrust bearing has thermal couple to monitor temperature of
sleeves.
7. Real bearing completely insulated to earth, the dielectric resistance is not
smaller than 1 mega ohm, may prevent the axis sparkling to damage oil
layer.
8. In the oil tank, heat exchanger take and back water from drainage with
clean water source docking.
