Narrative Received report from a business located on Market Street of a male subject who
was behaving suspiciously inside the store. It was reported that while the subject
was behaving suspiciously, he had left a child unattended for a significant amount
of time alone in a parked vehicle in the business parking lot. Patrol located the
subjects vehicle on Sandstone Drive and after further investigation he was taken
into custody for the above listed charge. Once back Potsdam PD the subject was
found to be on Parole and a Parole Warrant was issued and the subject was
transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
