Greetings of peace and goodwill.

The undersigned is currently an Instructor of Police Correspondence for 3rd year

Criminology Students of ADFC, Tacloban City. To fully prepare and equip the students as they
wish to enter law enforcement agencies in the future, we would like to invite your good office for
a Symposium on Police Correspondence on 13 October 2017, Friday from 230-5:00 pm at
the Social Hall, ADFC Compound, Tacloban City.

The symposium aims to familiarize the students of the various templates of reports used
by the law enforcement agencies, especially the PNP. It will also allow the students to see in
actual those reports and to acquire techniques as to how these are made in real practice.

In this regard, may we further request that sample reports, and practical exercise as to
the gathering of information for the writing of the report be shown to the students during the
activity.
