Business Administration.
Supervisor. Browse and Brew will be recruiting a supervisor with a previous experience. He
or She must perform human resource duties, such as employee training, performance evaluations,
hiring, preparing job descriptions and handling worker grievances. The business wants the
Supervisor to be known to the owners so that he or she can be trusted. As for the requirements, the
Supervisor has to have NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and must have at least graduated from
College.

experience in food establishments. The business wants to hire a Kitchen Personnel that is competent,
hardworking, honest, and committed. As for the requirements, the Kitchen Personnel has to have NBI
Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and must have a Degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Hotel and
Restaurant Management.
Server/Crew. Browse and Brew will be recruiting a Server with previous experience. The
business wants to hire a Server that is competent, hardworking, honest, and committed. As for the

Security System, Phil Health and SSS. The employee is allotted supplemental pay, leave of absences
which include vacation leave, maternity/paternity leave, and sick leave. The employee is also entitled
Assistant Manager. The salary that Browse and Brew will pay its hired Assistant Manager
is 11,907 a month, earning 567 per day. The legally required benefits that will be provided are
Social Security System, Phil Health and SSS. The employee is allotted supplemental pay, leave of
absences which include vacation leave, maternity/paternity leave, and sick leave. The employee is
