business themselves. By becoming efficient employees, customers will find satisfaction with the

products and services provided resulting to the business earning more income.

Quality Control. Browse and Brew intends to make sure that all products that will be served

from the restaurant come from the freshest ingredients. Therefore, the suppliers must be reliable and

trustworthy that they will be able to deliver their tasks properly. Browse and Brew wants to make sure

that the business will continuously have a positive impact to the customers and this can be done by

providing quality products and excellent service.

Customer Satisfaction. Browse and Brew anticipates that the business will be available at

all times to meet the demands of the customers. The business is a customer-focused business hence

their satisfaction is the most important. All customer interactions must be done in highest extent as

well as the food that will be served to them.

Employee Satisfaction. Browse and Brew aims not only to have customer satisfaction, but

also to have employee satisfaction. The people who work for the business have to be satisfied with

The organizational chart shows that the General Manager will be in charge of everything in

the business. Under are the Assistant Manager , one of the most senior in the staff at the place of

work and he will be the one who will frequently report to the General Manager. Under the Assistant

Manager are the barista, cashier, kitchen personnel, and server/crew.

General Manager. an executive who has overall responsibility for managing both the

revenue and cost elements of a company's income statement.

Supervisor. one of the most senior in the staff at the place of work. The person in charge is

the key holder of responsibilities including opening up and closing down the business after store

hours. He or she is also in charge of ordering and storage of food, beverages, and cleaning products.

Barista. Someone who makes coffee and serves coffee and coffee drinks to our customers.

Cashier. Who is in charge to compute and record totals of transaction. He or she will also

issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

Kitchen Personnel. The person in charge is tasked in the kitchen when it comes to

preparing the food to standards. He or she is also expected to follow health, safety, and sanitation

guidelines for all products.

Server/Crew. The person in charge is tasked to take orders, serve food, and prepare tables.

He or she must make the customers feel welcome and comfortable during their meals.

Job Requirements

General Manager. The General Manager will come from one of the partners in the

business. He or she must have a background on how businesses run, but not necessarily has an

experience in being the General Manager. As for the requirements, the General Manager has to have

NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and must have a Degree in Bachelor of Science Major in

Business Administration.

Supervisor. Browse and Brew will be recruiting a supervisor with a previous experience. He

or She must perform human resource duties, such as employee training, performance evaluations,

hiring, preparing job descriptions and handling worker grievances. The business wants the

Supervisor to be known to the owners so that he or she can be trusted. As for the requirements, the

Supervisor has to have NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and must have at least graduated from

College.

Kitchen Personnel. Browse and Brew will be recruiting a Kitchen Personnel with

experience in food establishments. The business wants to hire a Kitchen Personnel that is competent,

hardworking, honest, and committed. As for the requirements, the Kitchen Personnel has to have NBI

Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and must have a Degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Hotel and

Restaurant Management.

Server/Crew. Browse and Brew will be recruiting a Server with previous experience. The

business wants to hire a Server that is competent, hardworking, honest, and committed. As for the

requirements, the Server has to have NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and must have at least

graduated from High School.

Orientation

Once recruited, every employee will be required to participate in the General Orientation

Program on his or her first day of employment. In the General Orientation Program, the following parts

will be tackled in the discussion:

Assistant Manager. The salary that Browse and Brew will pay its hired Assistant Manager

is 11,907 a month, earning 567 per day. The legally required benefits that will be provided are

Social Security System, Phil Health and SSS. The employee is allotted supplemental pay, leave of
