QUEEN GIL INTERNATIONAL, has made a significant investment in equipment to produce

embossed mulch film for agriculture.
Applications of the Embossed mulch: Fruits, Vegetables, nurseries, etc.
We can produce:
All the widths, from 0.5 meter (50 cm) = 1.6 ft (19.69 inch) up to 2.5 meter
(250cm) = 8.20 ft (98.43 inch).
All the wall thickness from 15 microns = 0.6 mil up to 80 microns = 3.2 mil.
All the colors and double colors, inculuding: Black/Black, Black/White, Black/Silver
and transparent.
Length per roll is according to the customers order.
The weight per square meter / square feet is:

15 micron = 15 gram / 0.6 mil = 0.5 ounce
20 micron = 20 gram / 0.8 mil = 0.6 ounce
25 micron = 25 gram / 1 mil = 0.8 ounce
30 micron = 30 gram / 1.2 mil = 1 ounce

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
This price list replaces all preceding price lists.
All prices are according our proforma invoicem including transportation for a minimum order of a full truck or a 40'
container.
For order inferior to a full truck or a 40' container, prices are net ex-works.
For Queen Gil Irrigation Tape small rolls - Any Thickness, please add +2%.
For any special order, first consult Queen Gil for delivery date and price.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT
Payment by L/C or any first class Bank Garantee. 20% of payment with order, the rest - cash against document.
Our shipment will leave our works at the time the payment will be confirmed by our Bank.
CARTON QUANTITY
Products must be ordered in minimum carton/bag/rolls quantities. These are indicated in the price list under
Quantity/Bag or Quantity/roll.
WARRANTIES
Queen Gil will replace at no charge any product it supplies that fails in normal use within the warranty period stated
below.
All the Queen Gil products have a 1-year warranty.
Queen Gil warrants that its Drip Irrigation Tape shall be free for defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one year, measured from the date of shipment from Queen Gil works.
Queen Gil liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any product determined by Queen Gil
factory representative to be defective with a comparable product of equal value, It is expressly understood and
agreed that Queen Gil shall not be responsible for any costs incurred for labor or services in connection with the
removal of the defective product and/or installation of a replacement product. Claims under this warranty shalI be
made to Queen Gil within seven (7) days of discovery of the defect upon which the claim is based by returning the
alleged defective product to Queen Gil at the buyers expense.
This warranty is void :

1 - if the product is altered or modified in any way,
2 - if the product is not installed and used in accordance with Queen Gil instructions.
3 - For the Queen Gil Irrigation Tape, if the Tape have been remouved and reinstalled in another field.
This warrantv is void for installation without positive means of limiting pressure to :
- 1 bar (15 PSI) for 100m,150 and 200 micron wall thickness (4/6/8 Mil).
- 1,5 bar (21PSI) for 250 micron wall thickness (10 Mil).
- 2 bar (28 PSI) for 300 and 400 micron wall thickness (12 Mil/16 Mil).
For insect, rodent, and other mechanical damage or for plugging Queen Gil cannot and does not assume Iiability.
For defective products, or damage caused by defective products not manufactured or supplied by Queen Gil, even
though such products may be used in conjonction with Queen Gil products Queen Gil cannot and does not assume
Iiability.
