a) Describe how the technology is designed, used, applied surrounding humans, and/or vice
versa

RoboCop is a 1987 American cyberpunk science fiction superhero action film directed by Paul
Verhoeven and written by Edward Neumeier and Michael Mine. The character begins as a human
being named Alexander James Alex Murphy, who is killed in the line of duty by a vicious crime gang.
Subsequently, Murphy is transformed into the cyborg entity RoboCop by the megacorporation Omni
Consumer Products (OCP). He is referred to as ROBO in their original screenplay.

Robocop carries guns designed for him and is equipped with enhanced reflexes, speed and strength,
visual and auditory capabilities.

Auto-9 RoboCop's primary weapon is a 9mm handgun with a large barrel extension that
fires in three-round bursts. The sidearm is stored in a mechanical holster
Cobra Assault Cannon The Cobra Assault Cannon could fire explosive rounds equivalent
to that of a grenade launcher and is based on the Barrett M82A1 anti-materiel rifle.
Machine gun/rocket launcher To use it, RoboCop removes his left hand and replaces it
with the weapon assembly. It contains a 9mm Calico M960, a flamethrower and a small
missile launcher with a projectile potent enough to destroy an armoured vehicle.
Flightpack/recharging station A large jetpack that allows RoboCop to fly. It also doubles
as a replenishing system for when RoboCop's battery system is low on power.
Mini-gun/cannon This weapon appears in Frank Miller's RoboCop comic book and was
originally meant to be RoboCop's arm cannon prior to the final product in RoboCop 3.
Data spike RoboCop's data spike is a sharp, spike-like device that protrudes from
Robocop's right fist. This device can be used by Robocop to interface with a corresponding
data port in order to download information from the police database and compare information
he's gathered from his missions with the police database.
Explosives Unidentified explosive devices were equipped in Robocop's left thigh holster,
and adhere to metallic surfaces. When armed, they can be detonated by weapons-fire, and
are used primarily to remove barricades and other obstacles.
Ramset/Rambolt He can anchor himself to the spot by deploying a pair of retractable bolts
out of the bottom of each foot. When anchored in place, RoboCop is able to stop a colliding
car in its tracks.

Robocop is a police officer with half of his body is a human meanwhile another half is a robot. It was
designed as a policeman to fight against criminal. With a strong metal body designed and body
equipped with high technology of weapon it is look like almost perfect creation to fight a criminal.

b) Discuss whether the relationship of the human/citizen with the technology are driven by
positive emotions, and/or persuade for a better living?

Robocop is a cyborg, a cybernetic organism combining parts of a human being with

machinery and computer hardware and software.
The facial recognition technology hardwired to Robocops operating system, it only takes a
matter of seconds for him to identify potential perpetrators.
Robocops bionic limbs, Raytheon's exoskeleton suits are capable of giving soldiers
superhuman strength and advanced mobility for a crime prevention.
Unlike humans, these robots do not tired
Robocops also a bullet prove, it help human life not to be killed by criminal.
More importantly, robot officers won't suffer from long working hour.
Robocops (that) can run similar to a human being, capturing criminals, carrying weapons.
Robocops can help people to take part on special mission to prevent weapon crime and
terrorist. Help to replace human as a part of the critical mission.
In today law enforcement around the world already use autonomous technology to do what
humans cant, or wont.
Robocops is a part man and part machine to take a task of human being.
Robocops human hand is even more vulnerable than a regular cop's human hand because
most human torsos don't create ricochets. The symbolism is also destroyed when they show
him firing from his artificial hand anyway.
Robocop is the perfect vehicle to explore the morality of drone pilots, literally turning the pilot
into something less than human in order to make him better at killing on command.
Robocop of 2014 is strongly supported by emotional intelligence and I would go as far to say
also supported by the growing popularity of Mindfulness where empathy, mutual respect
and emotional intelligence are pillars of interpersonal communication and cooperation.
The emotional and moral compass of a man, but only to appease public opposition to robotic
surveillance and secure a lucrative government contract.
The brilliantly observe that in an era where drone strikes and artificial intelligence are already
a reality, enhanced strength and accuracy are nominal improvements.
The essential human qualities such as compassion are impediments to the sort of efficiency
that technology is meant to facilitate.
Murphys lingering humanity begins to undermine his programming, he finds himself
embroiled in a battle to retain his identity while his corporate overlords use him as a pawn to
manipulate public opinion.

c) If this was to be a reality in the near future, what would be your further recommendations?
And how they can be done?

The goodness of a robot is it help people to easier our daily task. In this case is Robocop. If
it can be a reality in the near future, my suggestion is it applied to another enforcement department
likes fireman, immigration and local authority. Its not like Robocop which is half robot and half human,
but full robot with capabilities like Robocop. It will reduce a risk that our enforcement need to facing
everyday on their daily task. It will be brilliant idea because :

Robot can work at a constant speed with no breaks, days off, or holiday time.
Robot can perform applications with more repeatability than humans.
Robot can work in hazardous conditions, such as poor lighting, toxic chemicals, or tight
spaces.
Robot are capable of lifting heavy loads without injury or tiring
