modificationstimeandtimeagain,butkeptgettingdenied.NooneatChasecananswer

well.AttherecordingofficeinmyCounty.ThelastrecordingiswithWorldSavings
BankandthebeneficialisGoldenWestFinancial.Thereisnotanybanklegallyactive
onthisparticularloan.Itriedseveraltimesforaloanmodificationwrittenandorally
andwasdenied.Iaminafinancialsituationthathasmebehindinmymortgageforthe

suggestthatthehomeowneraskthecurrentmortgageservicecompanyforacopyofthe
PromissoryNoteforyourrecordssinceyoucantseemtofindyourcopyinyourfile
either.Inmanycases,thereisnocopyofthePromissoryNote(theIOUforthedebt)
anywheretobefoundbyanyone.
Therehavebeenhomeownersinthepastwhohaveusedthisstrategytoeithervoidor
postponetheforeclosure,toforceamodificationoftheloan,ortocompletelyeliminatethe
loandebtaltogetherasitrelatestotheNoNote=NoValidDebtconcept.Sinceyour
mortgageservicerhasyettofiletheNODwhichbeginstheforeclosureprocessinmany
states,thentheymayhavesomeacknowledgedpaperworkproblemsinyourfile.

fromthebankshowmymortgageinvestorFNMAwithinthesametimeframeasabove.
DoesanyoneknowwhatFNMAACT/ACTmeansthatisoneofmyinvestornamesalso.
Getsbetter.MERSliquidatedourFannieMae,investorloanin2013toanonMERS
status.HowcanIfindoutwhereourloanendedup.Ivebeenthroughthemillwiththis

thesupposedbigsettlementtoomuch,
WithallthethousandsofcomplaintsagainstBofAtotheuselessCFPB,thehundredsof
lawsuits,andthebigsettlementstheBBBhasBofAratedwithaBBBratingonlyin

CountrywideandclosedinAug2006.Ihadan80/20withaballoonpayment.Ihave
neverqualifiedforarefibecauseitisarentalandtheloantovaluehasalwaysbeen
upsidedown.Ihaverequestedaloanmodificationandbeendenied.Myserviceris
currentlyNationstar.Iaskedthemwhothenoteholderisonmyloanandtheywouldnt

Note.Whattheyforwardedme(viaemail)hasastamponitfrommytitlecompanythat

notreceivedaresponsefromNationstarinregardstomyQWRyetIcontactedmytitle

Hopingsomeonecanoffersomeinsightforme.Refiloanfrom2007(whichincludeda
balloonriderw/termsstatingthatloansmaturitydate,Ihavetopayofftheloaninfullan
amountdoublewhatmyhomeisworth..butthatsnotreallymyconcern,believeitor
not).Besidestheballoonrider,myinterestrateonthenoteis9.5%,andwellitsjusta
ridiculousloan.Lastyearthebanktriedtoforecloseandwefoughtthemforoverayear
untilwewereforcedtosignaloanmodinordertocanceltheforeclosure.Prettymuch
signedunderduress,awfulloantermsyetagain.Lostmyjobandtriedtocontactthe
lenderforhelporsomekindofworkoutagreementuntilIfoundemployment.Nothing
fromthemsentaQWRandletteraskinglenderandservicerinformation.Noresponse.
Ayearlater,foreclosurecomplaintfiledagainandduetothecomplexityofthiscaseand
alltheforgeddocumentsalongwiththeoriginallenderonmynotenotmatchingthe
originallendersnameonthemortgageassignment,attorneysearchingandthenthe
unexpectedpassingofmyallforcedmetomissthecutoffdatetofiletheanswer.NowI
havetofileamotiontosetasidePlaintiffsrequestforentryofdefaultandImstuck.At
thispoint,ImsoconfusedmyselfthatmaybeIreallydonthaveacaseatall?Anyone
